Website is easy to use/order from. My queries were responded to quickly and delivery was quick too.

Delivered to promised timescales; the delivery driver rang me in advance as promised; any queries I had were dealt with professionally and promptly. Excellent customer service.

The lockers arrived in great condition. There were some issues with the delivery (a vehicle breakdown, which was completely out of their control) but they were very responsive when I phoned them, they contacted the delivery company and very quickly got back to me with more information about the rescheduled delivery. Really friendly and efficient communication, thank you.

The lockers were great when they arrived. One little blip - we had asked that the date and time of delivery would be told us the day before, but all we received was a phone call when the delivery driver was one hour away. Fortunately there were people on site who could help with unloading.

Great lockers, good price, prompt delivery. Lovely colours that compliment the kitchen/breakout room very well.
Some guidance on fixing to wall and connecting together would be useful.

The lockers are just what we were looking for and the quality looks good, however they have not been used yet.
The downside of this company is the delivery. The delivery is kerbside and no proper delivery day. All they say is week-ending. It would be good customer service to at least bring in the front door. Next time I will look into the delivery procedure before placing orders for bulk items. This was very difficult for staff planning not knowing when they were likely to be delivered. We also did not have sufficient time to examine them especially since they were coming from quite far. First they had to be brought inside and then all packaging to be removed. But the delivery guys not happy to wait that long so had to be signed for as is.

The service has been great from the team at locker shop. The lockers arrived today in the pouring rain !!
What I thought was a nice touch as well is they helped with calculate the how many lockers we could have in the area and produced a design. I would highly recommend this company.

Helpful response to our initial enquiry. Good advise on availability and appropriate product at short notice. Slight delay on delivery but we were advised ahead of time. Excellent product which is performing well.

I ordered a unit with six lockers and combination locks.
Looks very smart and all works very well although one door is a little sticky.
No instructions supplied either for installation or operation of the combination locks as per the modern, irritating trend. Had to search the internet for them.
