The quality of customer service and product is superb. There was a delay in availability of the item I ordered and communication about this was exemplary. Both emails and phone calls were clear, courteous and personal and I felt assured my order was in dependable hands. I had a phone call to arrange a delivery time convenient to me and the item arrived, carefully packed in recyclable material, in perfect condition. I was delighted with the quality of the product; sturdy, beautiful and functional. I have always wanted an affordable rotating book case to enhance both my lounge, and my precious books and now I do!

We had a 'glitch' with the delivery…
We had a 'glitch' with the delivery date of our new bed which we had assumed would be before Christmas because of the standard delivery date quoted when we ordered. As the bed was had to be ordered from Indonesia this put a before Christmas delivery in jeopardy but once this was sorted out, everything went smoothly, delivery drivers were on time and very helpful.
