All good with service and delivery. Bed is lovely and I managed to put it together on my own. Looks great in the bedroom. Would use LSB Furniture again.

Delivery was fine
Delivery was fine. Two issues with the product. One of the drawers is not true. I had to use cable ties to hold the slats to the spine as they "banged" when moving about.

The Mahogany is superb.
Assembling a bed can always be difficult especially when the instructions are often unintelligible. Not here though. We've never had an easier bed to put together. It all came together like a great dream. We cannot recommend Lock Stock and Barrel enough. An awesome buy. Thankyou very much to all staff that were involved.

Slightly disappointred…
We were surprised when our side board arrived there was only 1 delivery man. He couldn’t move it on his own and my husband who is 80 struggled to help him in with it.
We ordered a coffee table and we are still waiting for it

We ordered a large desk for the study from this company. I did worry that it was a bit of a risk as I could not get to see the desk beforehand. However my fears were groundless. The customer service was helpful and friendly. The delivery was really quick and efficient. The desk was well packaged and transported carefully. The desk itself is absolutely fabulous and great value for money.
