I tried to return a jacket too big for me following their stated proceedings. Not any answer to my several E-mails and also not any answer to my several phone calls. Unbeliavable behaviour from a suppoused serious company. I will not buy to them ever again.

False shipping promises – Do not trust the delivery dates I ordered a Christmas gift 15 days in advance, relying on the 6-day delivery estimate shown on the website. I even paid an extra €9 for DHL express service, yet the package did not arrive on time. It is unacceptable to charge extra for fast shipping and then fail to meet the deadline. Very disappointed with the lack of reliability.

I ordered a pair of winter boots (275€) from this store, but unfortunately they turned out to be too big. I returned them immediately, within the allowed return period. When the package arrived at their warehouse, the store simply rejected it and it was sent it back to me. After I contacted customer support for an explanation, I was told that the return had to be sent from the exact same country the boots were originally shipped to. This rule makes no sense. The return was still sent on time and in original condition.

As a result, I paid for return shipping, lost that money, received no refund, and ended up with boots I cannot wear. I honestly do not understand how a store can just reject a valid return over such a rule.

Very disappointing experience. I will never order from this store again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Beware dont buy! They are scammers and liers. Sold me an used and smelly jacket where they had placed new price tags on and refused to compensate. Customer service agent Gülsen Danis is a shameless lying con artist.

I bought a Max Mara jacket on December 2nd and made a mistake when I put my shipping address, I complained to customer service and they replied that when DHL returned the package to them they would send it back to me. Today, January 14th, I am still waiting for it to be sent back to me. The customer service is terrible, I have complained 7 times by email and their answer is always the same "we are waiting for the return of the shipment" that a company like Loden-Frey is unable to solve such a tiny problem shows their incompetence and their little or no customer service.
I do not recommend anyone to buy from these online stores

It's the first time I've bought from them, I bought 4 LODENFREY Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater offer for 190 euros 1 piece. total disappointment.It was impossible to return the shirts because I was outside Italy.

Great cloting brand for man and woman and their children from start to the finish, I really love them and their shipping process as well as many other things totally. How do you see me in that cases? Something was done on anything or you need more info?

It's a great topic out there that you really need to see for whatever reason being done there on so many levels I am not even talking about what to achieve clearly. How else we can go there for anything. I am not even doubt in anything else here for whatever reason.
