My initial experience was at the Loewe boutique in Highland Park Village in Dallas, TX. Ironically, the gentleman’s name who assisted me was also Dallas, and he could not have been more knowledgeable, welcoming, courteous, helpful and professional. Dallas helped me with my online experience, as well.

Had a fantastic experience shopping through personal text messaging with 👛LOEWE Melbourne store Collins Street. Originally I made a phone call which then followed out with Realtime photos of the bag and detailed descriptions. Sal the shop assistant made the whole process personalised and very seamless for me as a consumer and I would definitely carry out another purchase in the same fashion if I am unable to make it in store thank you 👛LOEWE🙏🏽
