Issues at the start but WORTH IT in the end!
Had a few issues along the journey before the work got started due minor issues. Once the job got started, it was superb from start to finished by a guy called Liam. Had a new loft hatch installed, and round the edge was abit of mess (no fault of Liam), however he tidy up, and making the neat job of it. The area of the room was left clean and tidy, and even took the rubbish away. I would high recommenced this company. Thank to Liam who done the job and Kirsty from head office keeping me in the loop. 5/5

Some problems with our loft hatch and ladder as previous hatch needed resiting as not suitable for fixed ladder. The problem was solved. Very little mess which was tidied up and previous hole made good. Very impressed with service.

Highly recommended
Loft boarded, extra insulation, new loft hatch and lights fitted. All done exactly when they said it would be done to a high standard at what I thought was a fair price. Also, when the unexpected happened and a starling made it's way into the loft through a pre-existing gap, they managed to catch it and take back outside and plug the gap it was suspected to have come through. We paid for the upgraded loft hatch and ladder and definitely worth it in my opinion, very solid.

Fantastic customer experience
UK loft boarding were professional, efficient and did a brilliant job boarding an area of our loft. We have an older Victorian property building and so required a sub frame supported boarded area. We couldn’t be happier with the storage it has provided, we opted for tube lighting as an upgrade and it’s honestly totally changed the space. The guys who fit the boarding arrived on time did a great job and left the place tidy, I would highly recommend UK loft boarding, thank you!

Excellent except for planning
Loft boarding is excellent. The team left no mess afterwards, indeed our landing and loft space was meticulous. I would have given five stars except for one thing; the ladder, when deployed is very tight against the wall radiators which makes it difficult to climb. We could have discussed this at the planning stage to see if other options were available.
