I think they’ve got the worst customer…
I think they’ve got the worst customer service whatsoever, I ordered for a wardrobe which got delivered 16th of march, I tried coupling it but discovered that some items/accessories are missing. I reached out to them about it, the only option they provided was for a fitter to come fit it for a cost of £50 from me, I denied that and requested for the complete accessories and up till now they’ve ignored me up till now. Even right now the wardrobe is just lying there useless cos I can’t continue with the coupling. Their customer service keeps shouting at me over the phone as well.
