Delivery as stated and easy to put up. Just one comment to make life easier, have a clear standing area both sides as this will make life so much easier.

The product itself is very good and the installation is straightforward. Unfortunately the shipping costs are a bit too simplistic and you can pay a lot if you also buy their boards. Personally I found it cheaper to get the boards from the local DIY “shed” and the quality is better in my experience. What lets the product down is the packaging. The metal supports came in a very strong box which was ok but the brackets were sent in a box that was far too big for the contents and worse still the screws (96 apparently) were loose in the box - not even in a bag - so some may have fallen out in transit. The screws are really not good enough for fixing the brackets as they have countersunk heads and really should be pan heads.

This is a great product, it is ideally suited for a standalone fixed area that is not against the edge of a wall or where you intend to board the area where the rafters meet the ceiling joists. If boarding at the joist next to a wall on a 600mm spacing you will need a lot more single legs and need to sacrifice the metal support beams along that edge in my opinion. To me, the beams should perhaps be a little longer. I will just buy the additional bits when I get to finishing the floor.

Items arrived well packed and after excellent communication from the delivery driver/company.
Items are now fitted in the loft with suitable loft boards secured in place. Soon takes shape. Oh, as I did put addition insulation in place before I put the boards down. All quite easy to understand and fit. Very happy, many thanks Loft Zone!

Ordered wrong kit in 1st instance and although took 2 calls to cancel order refund was quickly in bank account. 2nd order of correct kit and extra products went well . Delivery was on date promised by courier although 2 beams damaged in transit. 2 emails and a call from company saw replacements ordered. Still awaiting delivery but will assume same delivery time.

Website easy to use and order from. Product arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

The ordering process was reasonably simple (some minor glitches on the website). The order fulfilment was good, with good communication and delivery in about 3 days. The loft shelving I ordered was easy to fit and is a great design, so very pleased with it. In fact I've ordered some more, to extend the loft shelving.

Fantastic service, quick delivery. I wasn't completely sure of the configuration I needed to raise board the loft space, but a short telephone call sorted that. The whole process is quick and easy, even for those with limited DIY skills. You'll save yourself a lot not using a fitter ! Took me half a day for 3.6m x 1.8m. Use this company for all you need to do, you won't be disappointed !

Great product for truss roofs. Ordered the metal support kit for standard loft boards. Managed to arrange much better than before

Ordered on a Wednesday, and received my order in full the following Wednesday (although could actually have had it delivered earlier on the Monday).
The delivery driver was excellent, and helped me get the insulation and associated elements in from the rain.
When we get around to boarding out our second loft, I shall definitely use Loftzone again. Highly recommended.
