Great product and easy to install. Very cheap and speedy delivery - even to the North of Scotland. Will certainly be reordering for the other half of our loft.

- Waited few weeks for moisture resistant loft boards to be in stock again and decided to buy them somewhere else.

Bought the loft kits for the second time (2025), after installing on a previous house (2020). The kits are good, although, this time seems the plastic supports are wobblier than the previous I bought (the whole floor does not feel as strong as the old kit I bought/installed). But what really left me fuming was the delivery. The driver did not reverse onto my drive (despite we left it empty exactly for them to be able to unload - it's a big wide drive) and left the pallet on the kerbside, in the middle of the road.
When tried to ask why, they mumbled some grumpy reply and took off.
We had to dismantle the pallet and carry piece by piece to the garage, under rain, because the delivery service couldn't care less. So inconsiderate that I do not recommend the purchase, unless you can get in writing the agreement to offload the pallets in a place convenient to you.

I have been meaning to try this loft storage system for a while and finally did my measurements and bought a pack that covered one third of the loft as a 'try it out' experiment. What a great experience and I wish I had done this earlier. I might have boarded the whole loft by now, which is a huge space and I now have the confidence in the product and fitting to carry on.
The product concept, quality and instructions are fantastic. Suggest watching a few videos, and there are plenty to choose from, but it went together very quickly and makes an amazing difference to the loft space.
Delivery was also spot on and everything went like clockwork. I would recommend Loftzone to anyone who needs extra storage without compromising the insulation.

Being in Northern Ireland no issue for delivery flat rate was useful as we decided to order parts separate to the full kit. This was due to the space we had to work with and the loft hatch position.

As we’re in a new build we were told that boarding would not be suitable as it would squash the insulation. That’s the reason why we choose loftzone. Very easy to install over a weekend would recommend to anyone wanting the extra room for storage.

A great product that is easy to install. It took less than 2hrs to fit 4 packs. The delivery charge is very reasonable, particularly as it's a fixed price, so 4 packs costs the same to deliver as one.

Great product, good price point. The only thing that has taken a star off of my review is the delivery experience. I am lucky as I work from home so when the delivery turned up out of nowhere with no updates or phone calls I was able to take it in and sign for it. I can imagine the people that don’t receive notice and work away would really be annoyed by this.

My one piece of advice to the company is that you ARENT getting what you are paying for as you refer to on your dispatch email “we pay for a service where the courier will call you” yeah….that doesn’t happen, not just me but going on other reviewers it happens a lot. So maybe you should think about changing couriers as they are having you over if you are paying extra for that service.

For the potential customers reading this, be prepared for the radio silence that follows your order dispatch email. Maybe have it delivered to somewhere else if you know someone who is always in their home.

A well thought out product; it's simple to install, and I now have a great boarded - and insulated- loft.

Advice and help was only a call away; I called a couple of times and was always answered quickly by someone who could help.

I ordered more than I needed and then returned the excess, which are refunded at cost price.

Boarded my loft and fitted their metal shelves. 1st classic product and easy to use, any competent diy’er can do the same.

Loftzone raised floor is very easy to install with quite sturdy results on completion. Really pleased with the extra storage area, the additional insulation has resolved the condensation problem we have been experiencing. I would recommend Loftzone

Great product had it in our previous house but this time the issues we had were met with inefficient ineffective customer service staff without the service element at all. We had to return some beams and order some other ones, well ended up having to pay for both lots, dropping off the original order and still awaiting a refund. Very poor service with no contact except us chasing them daily.

Have to say I'm very impressed with the Loftzone product. From order to delivery to installation (which I did myself) it was great.
I've now doubled the walkable area under my loft and added more insulation to boot. Fantastic!

Super easy to fit, fast delivery from point of order. Everything was smooth plus it was £500 cheaper than getting someone in to do it!

I'd been considering boarding the loft and extra insulation for a while but didn't like the look of the individual leg versions. Then found this kit with the rails - a much more robust job. I ordered the kit, it arrived in a couple of days, and I installed it over two days. It's really well designed and robust - I'm delighted!
