In the last 2 years Logistics people…

In the last 2 years Logistics people became one the worst companies around specifically the Security sections. I worked for them as a Security guard for 3 years and after 3 years they moved to Staffline and with new registrations process they stopped sending me shifts even though I complete the vetting with Staffline. No communications, No P45, They have stolen my holiday hours and no redundancy. They're truly scammers. The people in office or control room are very rude, unreasonable and unprofessional. Andreas the security supervisor seem to be useless it was better when Nicole was their supervisor.

Stay Away! Chaos, Broken Promises, and Zero Professionalism

On the morning of April 9, 2025, I received a message saying “IPS Bardon Needs You.” I replied to the message, and they contacted me. Although I had already uploaded my documents to their system before, they asked for them again. They requested that I be in Bardon at 2:00 PM the same day for the induction. A company representative named Haydon collected our documents and completed our orientation. Afterwards, he gave us a tour of the factory areas, but we weren’t allowed into the production area because we had not been told to bring safety shoes.

Later, we asked Haydon our questions—when we would start, what exactly we would be doing—but his answers were vague. The whole process of going to Bardon and attending the orientation took over four hours. On the same day, I contacted Andrew from the head office, the person responsible for arranging warehouse shifts. I also asked him when we would start, but he said he wasn’t sure and that they were still making arrangements.

I called again on Thursday, but there was still no confirmation. On Friday, Andrew called me while I was driving, but my phone was on Do Not Disturb mode. I messaged the person I had previously sent my documents to via WhatsApp and asked for Andrew’s email address. That person only gave it to me on Monday, even though I had requested it on Friday. I also tried to call Andrew on Friday, but they didn’t connect the call. They just said, “He’ll call you.”

On Monday, I finally reached Andrew. He said, “I called you, and you didn’t answer. I gave you a chance, but you didn’t take it.” I politely told him that I had called back later. He replied, “You responded too late. I gave you a chance, but unfortunately…” I didn’t quite understand what he meant by “giving a chance”—I believe that opportunity is something created by both sides.

I would advise not to trust this company too much. They have an unprofessional approach and are more focused on managing their own tasks rather than helping you—they won’t hesitate to push you around in a chaotic system. I had told my wife happily that I would be starting a temporary job, but after these events, she became very upset. Because of these people, we are now unhappy. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Another terrible interaction with the…

Another terrible interaction with the logistics people.

Earlier this month I had not requested but demanded that they never ever contacted me again. I had received two phone missed calls this morning. The person from logistics people didn’t care to know why I was calling back as she put me on hold before it was apparent as to why I was calling. When she came back, I was informed that she didn’t know what I had applied for. Well she would have known why I was calling if she had been patient and listened. Of course I was not happy and told her exactly why I was calling. I was quite forward with the reason as to why I was calling yet respectful. I was met with disrespect and fowl attitude.

Do not get involved with this company. They seem to think they can do what they want on a phone call. They should have a text only policy, perhaps then they’d watch what they’re saying and how they’re interacting with other people.

Terrible phone manner and overall terrible company to work with. Haven’t got a clue about what’s going on and don’t listen when they get incoming calls.

This is a non communicative rubbish agency that should be shut down by now.

They allocated me a job in Northampton they then cancelled my induction due to being short in staff and now they can even arrange another date for me to try and come in ?

Pay is less than the minimum national…

Pay is less than the minimum national wage on the contract.. the basic contract is for 11h and they are deducting a 30-minute break also. so it is 1130 till overtime. 5on 3off and you don't need to have personal life if not 5on,6on or 4on4off. starting times are killer! Where is the normal working contracts for 9h basic pay like the normal people? i forgot the lorry drivers are slaves not people. i am collecting material for content episodes how the lorry drivers are being paid under the minium wage by companies on contract bases like Culina and you guys. also the working conditions we are all facing. just a quick question is any of your transport staff on 11h basic pay contract and then deducting breaks too? So why your lorry drivers contracts are? Calculate your contract pay by the hours you are offering for basic and you will see the lorry drivers are not getting paid 17-18ph they are getting paid half. 42000 split on 52.17 weeks during the year will bring 805 before tax each week. 805 split on 5 shifts will bring 161 before tax 14.63 before tax per hour and when you add the unpaid break of 30 min it will bring us down to 14GBP per hour before tax. 14GB ph minus 20 percent tax will bring us just around a pound above the minimum wage of 11.2GBP PH for basic contact of 55h per week as basic? and if you want to do over time prepare literally to live in the cab. Warehouse workers are paid the same they receive less because they work less hours.

Please do not go to this agency

I can only say the worst about this agency, I have worked in IPS Dudley was treated horribly by the agency. Employees are always so intimidated, if you don't obey them, they won't call you to work. We have complained to the main office several times, but unfortunately the office did nothing, they didn't care. This agency only uses Culina group partners.

Logistics people is truly disgraceful

This company is truly disgraceful. Don’t waste your precious time. They make people waste their time by attending job interviews for positions that supposedly require no training, only to be informed during the interview that they are unsuitable. Furthermore, when individuals call to address the situation, they are subjected to disrespectful treatment and spoken to in a demeaning manner.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Waste people’s time going for interviews for a job that says no training is needed then to go to an interview to be told you’re not suitable. Ring up and say to be spoken to like a piece of rubbish.
