SCAM ALERT! They were great.....until they weren't. I paid to have my website built by them. I hosted with them for a while until they said I needed dedicated hosting in order for my website to remain active. I decided to switch my hosting and they said I needed to pay for one more month to release my source files. I did that. Never got my source files and no one responded to my calls. Now, I continue to get calls from them asking me to pay them again to get my source files. Scammers! I would strongly recommend you find someone else. They go by many names....LOGOCHEMIST, BINARY CHEMIST, etc.

I have experiencd different interactions with employees of Logo Chemist for services I requested.
One employee who stands out is Jonathan has a calm demeaner and always try to help me as soon as needed. He corresponded with me by E mail, Text messages and WhatsAPP.
He gets me to others who can help me when he thinks he is unfamiliar with a problem he cannot resolve. He taught me how to resolve issues myself using good teaching skills and expertise. All these interactions go very well because he is knowledgeable when he can help. I have worked with him for a few months and it is a pleasure to give him good reviews.

We have been using LogoChemist services for some time and continue to be impressed by their professionalism, specifically the digital marketing they have created for us.

I am so frustrated with this company if that's what they are. Paid 1500 for SEO and to build a web page for 1 item. The SEO is slightly done but it leads to an absolute pile of garbage website that a 5 year old wouldn't order free candy from. I've asked for a refund in a few occasions. Looks like Richard quit, it's been 3 months and I've quite literally just been ripped. I'm sure most of the above reviews are in the middle of the process or the exception to the rule if it's good. I want my money back as I still have not received anything that was promised, have been lied to, ignored, and just plain treated like crap. Hope this helps as many people as possible

I was contacted by the representative of Logochemist they failed to develop a website for my self-employed Handyman company since June 2021. The last contact's name was Richard Spencer. Looking at the last name you would think this company is located somewhere in US but you will soon realize that it is not. Richard contacted me in January 2022 and told me that he will finish the job soon. He told sent me a link for payment and I made payment (big mistake). Prior to hiring them I already started building my website myself using Word press.
I sent required templates to use and sample websites to look at along with detailed emails about the look of the website. Weeks and months went on and the website was not finished. So called "developers" copied and pasted texts from reference websites and replaced only some words with synonyms that do not make a sense. They even put different company's address in my website. It was total disaster. All I heard from Richard when I asked him about the completion date was "Let me resolve this. OK. Done. Everything will be fine". They did not even reply to any of my emails. With $200 advance payment to Logochemist and no finished website, now as of 4/22.222 Richard does not answer my calls and I have no way of getting this job done. Please stay away from people who repeatedly tell you a lie and wants to get your money online. Don't answer their random calls about building a website a logo or anything that requires good skill. This is a bogus online company located somewhere in India or Pakistan but they pretend to be located in US.

Hired them to rebuild site & seo. Took 3 months to redesign a site, took live with links to demo site still on it, then my site was redirecting users to adult sites. Hired a security team & they discovered multiple malware inserted into files. After further investigation I find many users have this same issue after hiring logochemist. Richard is a good salesman but after you pay the promises are never delivered. No seo reports as promised. You’re basically paying someone to install malware on your site.

Now I’ve been contacted by someone else & apologizing for the cussing at me Richard Spencer did. Offering me free services but no refund. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPAny and logo genie. Same scumbags.

Also, the address in California is fake. Our company attorney sent paperwork there & it was returned as no such address. They are overseas.

I reached out to my project manager Richard Spencer after purchasing the services after about 2 weeks of constant calling and texts from the recruiter Sophie. I was transferred to a project manager after I paid for the service. He emailed me 5-6 questions in which I replied within 30 mins. I called Richard after 2 days on to find I was conversing with a text now app number. No one has been available to answer my calls with” 24 hours” assistance. I went to the site and asked what was going on only to be told everyone was busy. I told them I was dissatisfied with their protocol and asked to speak with someone about a refund. Instead of honoring my refund, I was told to wait 72 hours from initial call to see what they came up with and then decide whether I wanted it or not. After texting for a 30 plus minutes. I am livid that I have to text someone about how I have to wait to speak with someone for a refund when they took my money in minutes. Just disgusted!

I wanted to start up my website but considering the fact that i was running low on my budget it was hard for me to get a decent work but logochemist provided me a professional team with good prices,i was satisfied by doing business with them .

Logochemist has done a great Job. they created our new Website for photography business and portfolio from scratch. We are very happy with the result. Tony Hales(Developer) is a very experienced and high professional expert. With his recommendations, work and creations we now do have a great WordPress website. Safe, responsive, and nice to show to our customers. Communication was always prompt and clear. We weren't in a hurry, as there was no delay. Everything happened in the discussed time. Now we are able to manage the content of our WordPress page by ourselves. Thanks to Logochemist. Anytime again.
