I was refunded my money. Overall experience for me was satisfactory. It took longer than anticipated. I was able to move over their work to a different platform so that counts for something. If your project is time sensitive and need to be user friendly for novice such as my self, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.
I was able to transfer their work for a user friendly platform and that does count for something. Perhaps I should have done my homework a bit better, I'll know for next time.
Changing rating back to 3 stars. Again Maybe it was even me and my expectations.

update:
Just paid an additional $3500 to another company to make the product I purchased from this company manageable. Logo in 60 wouldn't remove a product I didn't authorize them to place on the website. I'm an entire month behind my launch date. When attempting to get a verbal walk-through on how operate the back-end of the website, they were more interested in me purchasing additional services "marketing" from them. Why are we discussing marketing when my website issues haven't been address.

Consistently talked over me in an effort to not listen to what I wanted as a customer. 2 stars is given because they did do some work, but don't recommend this company for websites to anyone new to website developing or who want specifics.

Logo was quick and easy, website has taken longer than expected. Not the most user friendly because majority of the communication is done via email communication. Once when I finally spoke with someone I was expressing what I wanted for my website, the gentleman on the phone started laughing. I found that offensive and extremely unprofessional. Asked for a website to sell fashion and thought it strange that I had to spoon feed what should have been basic things to do, size parameter, color parameter, etc. Thought this would have been better than utilizing one of those do it yourself options. I may have been mistaken. Still no completed website and not certain of customer service after the project is done.

Logoin60 was quick in designing my logo and its exactly what I wanted. I defiantly recommend using them as they are good at with they do and listen to the customers needs and wants. Love the fact they are willing to design to perfection.

I was pleased from start to finish. They did exactly as they said they would and were so pleasant to work with. I would hire them again and I highly recommend. In addition, their rates are so reasonable and they do not pressure you.

Super to deal with. Fast service and a bunch of great logo ideas for me to choose from.

Been trying for the last yr to get my custom hand drawn art work ready for print.quoted 500 to 1,000 dollars even payed a guy in California who promised he is great at corporate logo id and could make our sign and stickers to place on customers garage fridge or tool boxes after 6mo really no response to calls or emails sent a messanger to him hey what gives. His response was he hadn't finished the logo plain and simple. My buddy had it ready for a 24"x 24" print in less than a day. But he to busy to get it ready for a 6ft by 6ft print. Started a chat with logoin60 figured was just a robo response. But was a actual person. So hopefully can get this project finished now.

We had a vision and logo in 60 made it come to life. They always responded quickly to our emails no matter what time day or night. We appreciate helping us move our buisness forward. Definitely use logo in 60 without hesitation.

Mark, you were the very first person to assist my company and you satisfactorily delivered on the request we initiated at that time.

Where the service began to go downhill is when you guys won our business back and TOTALLY dropped the ball for what now seems to be intentional.

Robert was the name we were given for the individual that became very unprofessional in his communication, laughing at issues that were clearly frustrating to us.

John was the name we were given for the individual that contacted me right before his shift was ending to provide a service that was pastdue. John understood that what he was providing was not what we desired. John hung up on me as I was patiently waiting on his attempt to rectify the issue we confirmed he understood. I immediately called back, John had left and ended his shift for the day. John didnt even have the decency to contact me when he returned. John and I spoke recently since his unprofessional behavior, and John had the nerve to attempt to throw in our face what they have done and made it seem like the poor service Logo In 60 gave me was all my fault. John went on to take notes of the same information that was provided to Robert months ago and NO ONE HAS DELIVERED ANYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED TO US AND EVERYONE NOW UNDERSTANDS THIS!

On Friday, September 6, 2019, John promised after taking the notes I mentioned were provided to Robert months ago, that we would hear back from them on the following MONDAY....well today is FRIDAY and we have not heard a peep from Logo In 60.

I also learned that Logo In 60 opened a ticket to have this review removed rather than stepping in and yielding satisfactory results. Logo In 60 is NOT CONCERNED IN THE LEAST BIT ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION because if they were all of my complaints and posts could have been addressed by now and I would have more than happy to update my post with a positive review. Instead I just got an email saying that they will allow me to speak directly with their "legal team."

All of the above describes every person's conduct except Mark that I have dealt with when I made the mistake of giving Logo In 60 my business.

We are very dissatisfied with the service that logo in 60 has provided to our company. They do not follow up, they disregard what you suggest/request, they cannot be contacted because they use "TextNow" numbers, they laugh during serious conversations, they set expectations then fail to deliver on them and do not provide any feedback after they have failed to engage, they are unprofessional, they suggest that a team is handling your concerns but the quality of the service they provide seems to all be provided from one person rather than a team or company. They do not follow instructions. They have poor communication skills. When I asked for a member of management so we could inform of the extremely poor service we were being provided I was not allowed to speak with one. When I requested contact information for management it was never provided. They have been paid for their services in full yet we have not received what we suggested we needed and Logo In 60 has caused my company to lose money. The work they did is still incomplete after multiple months. They are not equipped to manage large tasks, unless its simplistic logo designs. Will definitely be in contact with the Better Business Bureau and will be sending a letter to whomever ows this excuse of a professional establishment.

This is a nice option if you need something quick or are in need of a place holder for a future brand/logo. They are responsive and listen well to direction but I do not think they have the creative chops to offer anything world class or unique even. They also will try to up sell you a lot, which, to be honest, is fair because the initial pricing is so cheap and a great value.
