This is an awful company. On 5/27/2021 I ordered a logo from them, which was right before the holiday weekend. I was told I would have my logo on that Saturday, when I didn't get it I sent a text for an update. I didn't hear back until 6/1/2021. The logos they did for me were horrible and not what I asked for at all. I literally told them exactly what I want and they gave me a garbage generated design. I had surgery on 6/3/21 so I didn't get back to them until the 6/4/21 and said I wanted my money back, I'm going with a different company. I was then called and told that I don't get a refund because I didn't get back in time and it's past 7 days of the purchase, which is a complete lie because logoladz didn't work the holiday weekend, so actually it was 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the purchase. So I get a phone call from an extremely rude employee from there telling me I don't get my money back. So I argued and told them if I don't get my money I'll be leaving review sharing my experience. So then I talked to a different guy and he said he will refund my money, even though I don't qualify because it past 7 days, which again is false because they didn't work the holiday weekend, so it was 5 business days. I was told I would get my money and something in writing. I didn't get anything for a week, and then they started to ignore me and wouldn't answer text or phone calls. So at that point I left a review on here calling them thieves. I tried to leave a review on LogoLadz Facebook page, but they have their reviews blocked because they have that many unhappy customers. As soon as I left a review on trustpilot I got an email saying that I'm a liar and I'm posting false information on trust pilot. I left the review on 6/17/21. So I was completely ignored until 6/17/21 when I dropped the review. I was told that I'm a 5 year old and I have anger issues because I left a review. I was then straight up harassed through Facebook messenger by another employee, this guy literally would not stop telling me to tell you and your girlfriend to take down the reviews now or you won't see your money. They literally tried to bully me into not leaving a bad review, and I saved all the messages and emails. I told the person on Facebook to leave me alone, then they continued to message me and harass me, saying my girlfriends full name, they even mentioned they know what gym I go to to try and scare me. I told them multiple times, you want the reviews deleted then give me my money. But I was told I won't see anything until my girlfriend and I delete the reviews. And by the way, my girlfriend had every right to leave a review she is part of this project as well. logoladz is a horrible company, horrible cheap generated logos, and horrible customer service. They are the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with and I don't know how they are in business. Again they have their reviews blocked on Facebook because they have so many unhappy customers.

Kevin Peterson you are a clown and how dare you tell anyone they are being a 5 year old. In my job I deal with customers every day, and you shouldn't be in business. How dare you harass me and let your employees harass me. When someone wants their money back (especially when you preach money back guarantee), then you be a professional and tell them I'm sorry for the bad service I'll have your money to you in no time. But you and your clown employees are so mad about someone leaving bad review that you have to harass my girlfriend and I? You say you don't want to get into a squabble with your customers because it's unprofessional and unproductive which is a complete lie. You want to look good on trustpilot so you are acting like you handled things like professionals. Logoladz are all liars, unorganized, unprofessional, and just straight up clowns. They are so unorganized that they claim I made my purchase on 8/6/2020. I didn't even talk to them or buy a logo until 5/27/2021. So they obviously have so many upset customers that you can even keep it together and you don't even know which customer is which. Logoladz is a joke with a bunch of clowns working there. The person on Facebook who kept harassing me and Kevin Peterson are both really immature unprofessional clowns.

Today is 6/19/2021 and I woke up with the money finally back in my account. I told you guys I would delete the reviews if I got my money, and I did. And I probably wouldn't leave this review, but you are so unprofessional and want to literally harass your customers when they aren't happy about your garbage work. You should have been professional and said no problem, we'll get you your money and I would have deleted the reviews. Kevin Peterson, you act like a 5 year old and you are a clown. And if you guys are such a good company, show your Facebook reviews. Don't use LogoLadz!

The customer service is as good as it gets, Always contact Shawn if an issue arises as he will resolve it almost immediately

Logoladz did an exceptional job on the logo they designed for Uddy's Books. Ben Johnson and his team created a logo within several days and met the deadline date that was given to me. The entire team is professional and honest. I would highly recommend them. Ann M.

This Company is the worst. After I paid my fee and sent them my old design as well as a sketch of the design I had in mind, things took a turn for the worst. I had to send them emails frequently for updates, I called them as well. All I received was a half a$$ logo and a questionnaire. Stay Away from Jonathan Cruz and company, you’re better off using an etcher sketch 🤦🏾‍♂️

I would like to thank Kevin and Shawn from DesignGenious. They were a great team to work with on helping me create my logo design. After our initial conversation roughly 2 days later i received 5 logo designs based on my ideas. This company is also able to provide the trademark process for my logo.
