I am very pleased with the logo designed by logomajestic. The simplicity I was seeking was delivered perfectly!

I was really excited about giving this company a try. The prices were reasonable and the designs upon first glance were.

Beware, you get what you pay for. After the first few designs which were D list, I decided I wanted a new business venture. It was explained to them. They were fine with the design change because I didn't finalize my design.

I am opening an in home daycare and I wanted something bubbly and fun and attention grabbing for kids. They promise a 48 hour revision turn around many of my revisions there were like 12. Were done after this 48 hour time period. I decided upon a design during a time of loss in my life to get the process over with. Completely my fault.

The design I chose was C list at best but I'm like this is what I paid for. If I want something better I will probably have to spit out the 500-1000 dollars to get a A list logo.

Upon taking this designs to 2 different printing companies, the colors are off, we can't get the design to print within a certain size with out the pixels being obvious. Its horrible. Worst experience of my life.

So I want my money back. Its not fair the design is not satisfying my requirements. the following statement is published on their website

I requested my money back and was told I was not entitled to a refund. This is fraud. There is nothing next to this statement which states there are stipulations to the legally binding contract.

I'm out money and I have poor low grade logo I can't print. Run Run Run away!

Logo Majestic was wicked fast with their turnaround time on my designs. Really easy to work with and very polite. I will most definitely use them again in the future. Great work.

We bought the fix it until we like it plan and I am sure we used every bit of that plan. They were honest, patient and made an emblem for our church that is clean, vibrant and awesome! Highly recommend and will be using them for our kids church emblem as well in the near future!

Needed my logo touched up a bit as it was very poor resolution. For a very small amount of money, no hidden fees, little explanation, so little of my time and 2 business days later I received the perfect logo (all together 3 logos).
Now my logo is with better colors & resolution!

I wrote a rave review about Logo Majestic a few months ago after they did a fantastic job on my logo. I was beyond pleased at the job the graphic designers had done and decided to use them for my web site.

For starters, I was told the web site would take about 2-3 weeks to build and it took over 2 months. During this process we had serious issues and I brought to their attention on numerous occasions that the "web site" they were building was not a "web site" at all, it was a wordpress blog. For me to update and make post's I had to sign in to wordpress, so why they argued with me was confusing to say the least. Either way, the blog was finalized in May and I was told that if I wanted them to help me in the future that I would have to purchase a maintenance package every 6 months and the cost would be $1200.00. Yes, like an idiot, I purchased the package. Now, 2 months later on July 15, 2015 my site was hacked and is completely down. All links are disabled and it is useless... I have sent Jeff and Terry 3 emails over the past 5 days and have not heard a word from anyone regarding my site. This is the last thing I thought they would ever do and I am beyond disgusted.

If I knew about Fiverr before I used these guys, I definitely would have gone with them.

Logo Majestic designed and developed my website and moved over my blog content from Weebly to WordPress which was not an easy task. The team worked really hard to find a customized solution for me and delivered what they promised. (NAME) and (NAME) have been great especially during the first days of the site being live as so many questions come up. Thank you very much for all your help, your hard work and your patience!

I gave them a sketch of my idea, answered a couple of questions and they nailed it on the first pass. I couldn't be happier.

Below is the email exchange that ended our relationship after nearly a month:

"Mark,
I don't get it. Logo Majestic did not add value in the font or design of the words, you had to ask me what font was used... I had to design the artwork and then had you digitize my art. So, my art and my friend's font. I gave you a sample of what I wanted the tips to look like and I gave you the rule of "No Straight Lines". Still, there are straight lines... With samples and logical rules Logo Majestic STILL has not delivered what I asked. Tell me the value you have added to this design. Everything else in my project is going so smooth; my Logos have become a running joke. Thankfully, I have CS4 and my friend has fixed the art and extracted the design to vector image I have ordered business cards and promotional items. I need to know why I should keep you on this project. I am quite disappointed.

The rest of the package I can do just as I have done the rest. Unless you can give me a compelling reason you can just give me a credit. This is exhausting. I need an answer by noon, it is 8:00 am now."

(Next Day and I am furious at this point about the neglect)

Since you could not could not give me an answer and clearly I am not satisfied I would like a full refund. Really, No call in a full day? I have known people like you. Amiable in nature and would say they will do anything but they all fell short too. Over promise under deliver.

Really, none of it matters, I want a refund. I can't do business with the likes of your company. This was a HORRIBLE experience!

If I recall correctly, I announced via Facebook/Twitter that I was looking for a good web designer to advertise my freelance Editing/Proofreading work. I wanted something very attractive/eye catching but something that didn’t cost the earth. Mark replied virtually immediately and it all snowballed from there. He has been extremely professional throughout and has been an enormous help to me, assisting me in my search for a professional looking site. His aspirations for my site are the same as mine - he wants it to be nothing but the best for me and for my customers. Mark has been very approachable at all times and nothing is too much trouble. He talked me through everything, step by step. He made sure all options were made available to me and gave his thoughts/opinions on what I wanted, which I think is great. Mark has kept me updated with everything he and his designers have been doing, right from the start. I was surprised at how quickly I went from thinking about a logo, to having it materialize. Logomajestic did an incredible job of interpreting my vision into a logo that I'm excited to stand on the forefront of my business.
