I made a logo using their platform..satisfied!

I made a logo using their platform. Had a number of changes, and contacted them on about 6 or 7 separate occasions for a change here and there. Baby, Sunish, Mervin, and the whole group were very responsive to my needs, and I ended with a great finished product. Not sure why all the negative reviews, but they gave me great service. Highly recommend them.

Took my money but no product

I paid for a package that I couldn't access. Send many email to your customer service with no answer. Since I was short in time I had to pay again in other places. I demand my money back!!!!

Delivery time for a paid product is over 6 weeks

Delivery time for a paid product is more than 6 weeks - not acceptable. All this after they have delivered half of my order, I contacted them, they realized half of the order got forgotten and despite my request for a fast delivery - my new business opening needed the ordered business cards urgently - they have arranged a 3 weeks long delivery. OMG how pathetic is that - and they call themselves "A Deluxe Company". Well it looks they cannot afford a fast delivery on a prepaid order even they made a huge mistake and simply forgot half of the order... There are many other options on the market to create logos, I will definitely choose other provider. How disappointing :(

False advertisement

False advertisement. Agents don’t know what they are talking about! If I could give this a no star or a negative star I would. I have been going back and forth via email due to issues with my business cards and they are telling me it’s my fault after I spoke to an agent and was reassured that the questions and issues I had with the upload would not have the white lines on the sides. I was told they would not so I ordered when I received them they were wrong. They had the white on the edges that I was told they wouldn’t be there.

Do NOT use this company for anything

Do NOT use this company for anything. I have been using them for my website and domain hosting. They took down my website for an unknown amount of time or reason (I found out when a client of mine told me it wasn't working, so who knows how much business I lost), double charged me (this is the second time they have done this) and it takes several days to get any resolution. They are thieves, plain and simple. They should be put out of business.

Can't access logo or customer service

Hello. I designed a logo but wasn't sure I was ready to finalize and purchase it until yesterday. Last evening and this morning when I try to access the website, I get a message saying the site is down and to check back soon. I can't access my designed log and am ready to purchase it! Because the site is down, I can't get a customer service phone number and have no way of knowing if/when I'll have access to my logo. Frustrating to say the least.

Buyer Beware

Be careful on this site. I ordered multiple sets of business cards. They reset what was already in my shopping cart with no proof. The order does not show what was ordered in history just cards. Customer service, was terrible with no resolution except to again charge me for MORE cards. DONT use this company

Thank you for your business, and for providing us with your feedback. I was able to locate you account and case with support. When you design business cards, and then try to edit the same card again later we have a large pop up that states:
"IMPORTANT!

YOU ARE ABOUT TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORIGINAL CARD DESIGN. YOUR CHANGES WILL REPLACE THE ORIGINAL DESIGN. TO DUPLICATE CARDS FOR OTHERS, PLEASE CLICK HERE

ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS?"

If you choose yes, it will allow you to update any information on the card, but even if you have the original design in your cart, it will update it as well. Because the message was bypassed, and the design was updated support offered a coupon for your reorder, but the coupon was not used. As a courtesy I have refunded 20$ of your replacement order.

If you believe this to be in error, please review your confirmation email. It will show preview images of everything purchased, and if it shows two separate designs, please reply to that email to alert our support team so they can review your order again, and create a bug ticket.

Logo Maker is a great tool and service

Logo Maker was great. After designing and ordering my cards, a question came up asking if I want to create my business officially. I realized then I left out ",LLC"I in my business name. I reached out to Customer Dervice and they immediately credited my acvount the cost of my order so that I could cancel that order, update the card, then reorder. I did so immediately, and effortlessly. I received my cards within 1 week and very happy with the quality..
Note to self next time, use margin tool. What looked even on creation wasnt exactly aligned to the left margin, but no biggie...

Worst logo design company to work with ever! I've had to literally design all our logo. They didn't give us what we asked for. They don't follow instructions and don't do a good job. Then they charge you more money to finish.

We provide two options for logo designs -- 1, you are able to use our logo design editor and create your own logo using a custom set of templates. 2, submitting a contact request for our design team to reach out to discuss details to create your future logo. The only charge would be for the logo itself if option 1 was chosen, if option 2, you would need to also pay design fees as you will be working with one of our professional designers directly.

This company is a scam

UPDATE - after much back and forth and this honest review, they refunded me for the shirts that I purchased that were never made. Updating to two stars since they refunded me. But, I still did not receive the product I ordered.

Original Review: This company is a scam! DO NOT order from them. I ordered two t-shirts for $55 in May. Lead time was long, 6-13 weeks. So, I was patient - wasn't in a hurry. I tracked my order regularly. It said "in production". It still says "in production" today, with no ETA. I reached out to logomaker and they responded that they do not take claims after 60 days and would not give me a refund. But, would offer a 15% discount on a new order. I was furious and reached back out. They said they will send my refund request to a supervisor. If I don't receive a refund this week, I will be reporting the company to authorities as fraudulent. If I do, I will update this review.

If i could give this company zero stars…

If i could give this company zero stars I would. Please beware before ordering from this company. They charge alot of money for their products and they mess up on them and refuse to give a refund. They told us thats how we ordered it when it wasn't how we ordered it. Then they tried to give us a 25% off for another order. This company does NOT do refunds for any reason even if its on them and they will also NOT replace the product they messed up on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They only want your money and they do not care about the quality of your product!

Possibly the worst and most unhelpful customer support I have ever experienced. Literally constant emails back and forth with little or no understanding or effort to understand the issue. And basically in the end in so many words, telling me to go elsewhere if I have an issue. Absolutely 2nd rate

Worst experience

I paid 145 for hats tshirts and polo shirt 2 months ago. Nothing has arrived but a bogus tracking number that never updates . Go some were local to get your orders quicker. . They said 10 business days and I anticipated have the products for my company opening announcement. The failed me as a small business owner.
