Poor experience! They are selling same logo to multiple people
I bought a logo from them and the next day I saw the same logo with a different name on a website. My guess is that they sell the same logos/templates over and over again and for £47! For £50 you get an unique logo design from a professional. Also the logo has some weird lines around it that can’t be edited in their editor so I will probably need to pay someone to sort this out for me. I contacted them to ask if they can fix the lines or to give me a refund because they sold it to multiple people and no response for 4 days ! I will contact my bank to claim for fraud and get my money back ! Save yourself of trouble and use another company or make sure you edit the template as much as you can to make it somehow unique.

We offer to make changes to your logo for free one time after purchase, which can include a custom change such as removing the lines that you are unhappy with. Our templates remain on our website. The logos will vary based on the design changes made by each user individually with the colors, text, and placement, as well as any changes requests that are made with the complimentary change that we offer.

Not at all Happy
Not at all Happy, I did not get the PDF files and the JPeg, PNG, EPS, SVG files are not crisp. They are all unusable. Never like dealing with absentee companies; I'm done.
Wynter stepped up and help fix something that should have not been sent to me. I'm dealing with the same kind of crap with two other companies and I'm holding their feet to the fire.

I have taken a look in the editor at your logo as well and it appears that the design looks slightly fuzzy around the edges there as well. This could be due to the rounded font, and the grey color. If the grey is made black it appears less blurry. I have also downloaded your ZIP file of your logo, the PDF file is named 22126310.pdf.

The whole website was a gimmick to make…
The whole website was a gimmick to make me purchase other things when all I wanted was a simple logo. Once I got the logo, there was no good way to download it. Every available way produces a very small and extremely low quality picture, making my logo useless and the whole process a waste of time. So please, don't waste your time.
