With over 20 years experience in the Pet trade. The company is based in Sunbury On Thames and we are now mainly online. We are named after a particularly mischievous house cat called Loki. He is pure white and unfortunately completely deaf from birth. We specialise in Pet Identification, personalised and engraved products including Dog and Cat ID tags, Tack tags, luggage tags and a large range of signage and Memorials. Our products are all made from high quality materials, solid brass, aluminium, nickel, acrylic and plastic. All our engraved items are from very reliable suppliers who we have been working with for over 20 years. The tags and other items are high quality and used by myself and my family members for our pets and other needs. We have been selling some high quality printed tags for the past 5 years and again these are long lasting pet id tags. In addition we offer a large range of solid brass or anodised aluminium plaques in a variety of sizes and shapes. These are all mill engraved and of the highest quality. We are happy to quote for bespoke items if not listed. Plaques can have words in any language and it most fonts as well as simple pictures or logos.

“Trying it on” - according to Lokipets

I ordered a dog ID tag, described as Diamante. That turned out to be a grey and white ‘photo’. The engraving isn’t engraved, but is printed but that wasn’t such an issue. I notified the company and said I was disappointed and didn’t think the description was accurate. Very quickly I received a refund ( which I hadn’t asked for) but, was also told she had notified the makers of the tag in case “ I also tried it on with them”. To say I’m surprised and offended by that accusation is an understatement. I wasn’t trying it on at all, I was genuinely disappointed with the tag.

Really not a reasonable review, I used the same photo provided by the manufacturer, nowhere did it suggest it was diamante and sparkly in fact it describes the printing process. that was the name of the tag with a Diamond/Diamante picture on its page. I refunded without asking for the tag back and I made my supplier aware there had been a claim. You got a free tag for £12.99 it is within my rights to flag this, especially as your message was very accusatory and factually incorrect

I will now go to a honest web site and order what I wanted in the first place.

Sorry but thats rude and was your only message. Totally unpleasant to receive and totally incorrect...
My response was :

its not a bit of paper stuck on, its a picture printed onto metal which out lasts most tags.

I am happy to refund if you are not happy with it but the company that make these sell thousands and dont get complaints.

You only had to let me know you were not happy.
The photograph and description do not in anyway suggest a sparkly tag.
I will refund first thing as not able to do so as am out now.
my comments were valid about flagging to the supplier this is not normal customer behaviour when there is an issue.
