I did not receive what I ordered, unfortunately. The shoes are ver pretty but not the ones I bought.

The way they dealt with their error was very friendly and efficient, tho. I am very impressed by the customer service (and their awesome products too, of course).

The shoes are lovely and received fast. My only problem is nobody replies to emails!! So if you have a query or want to cancel an order customer service do not reply. Also paid for the return label, got the order number straight away but no label.. still waiting 36 hours later and the return window is 14 days...

first of all i dont speak danish, and neither can i navigate on any site i get send a link to by you in that language. Im trying to make an exchange and the process is so ridiculous complicated. i am for sure not going to order anything directly from you again in the future. concrats on you incompetence to help dissatisfied costumers. it cant be that hard for me to send something back

Beautiful shoes, very comfy! I think I have 20 pairs and keep buying!

Shoes look really beautiful, sizing is fine. However, the strap is too long and not adjustable and the strap leather is twisted. This makes it sit really weirdly on my foot. Will have to see if I can have them altered. If not, I doubt they'll be worn.

I ordered two pairs of gorgeous shoes. The shipping was quick and the shoes were of really high quality.
Unfortunately my feet were too wide and I couldn't wear them. I returned both pairs using one of their return labels, which made it incredibly easy.
Their support was great and it was overall a 5 star experience, despite not keeping the shoes.

I have a problem with the shoes size that I received. So I wrote 2 mail and left a message on the shop's phone 2 days ago. So far no answer. I'm very surprise not to receive any kindle of assistance plus I have a shoes that I cannot wear. This service is not professional at all and I am very disappointed.

Already owned a pair of Lola Ramona’s, which I bought in my homecountry (The Netherlands). Now I took the step of ordering directly at Lola Ramona in Copenhagen. Was kind of nervos if everything would go well. Can only say it went perfect! Emailed them several times with my questions, and got not only very quick but also good and clear reactions. Ordering online was easy and accessible. Something went wrong with my discount, immediately got an answer from LR and a refund for the money I paid too much. Shipment details received by mail, order received in NL within several days. Order was packed decently, shoes likewise. Excellent service! Than the shoes...OMG! They are not only very pretty if you have a taste for shoes with attitude, they are made decently and fit like a charm. Will definitely order again in the future, really liked the experience and products. Thank you Lola Ramona for all the help and the joy I now get to put on my feet.

The shoes I ordered were okay and the order was processed quickly. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit hence I want to send them back. Following the instructions, I bought a return label for EUR 10 to send the shoes back. I paid the money, I got a receipt for the label, but ... NO return label. So I wrote some emails asking what went wrong, but no response so far.
Update: The return label was sent. It took about 30 hours and a quick but very nice and friendly phone call.

Divine shoes!
They are true to size and very comfortable. Perfectly lined, seams are strong, high quality materials.
Orders arrived at my door within a week.
Lola Ramona is not a cheap brand, but you are paying for high quality products. Those shoes are worth every penny!

The sandals are beautiful but I can't wear them because they close with buttons. They are too wide.
