Ordered a coat that was promised to…

Ordered a coat that was promised to come in 3 - 10 business days and still haven’t heard a thing. I reached out and they promised it would be shipped ASAP. That was 4 days ago and still nothing. It’s a Christmas gift that probably won’t arrive, never mind on time.

They charge in US$. They don’t care about Canadian

I tried to buy a coat and return it. Sizing was incorrect.
Nightmare.
My principal complaint is that this company purports to be Canadian, but all its prices and reviews are from the US.
I do not remember where they shipped from, but it sure was not Montreal.
Unethical to say the least.

Hole in material

Bought a pair of leggings 3 months ago, wore them maybe 6 times. They have a hole in the waste already but can’t return as I don’t have my receipt anymore. Their “warranty” is for a year but only if you have a receipt. Why wouldn’t the label on the clothing item be enough??? So stupid. Won’t ever buy this brand ever again.

BUYERS BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service. I bought from their sale. Tried to return due to error in sizing only to be told it was final sale. There was no mention of sale items being final sale at checkout or on my receipt that I screenshot and sent to them. No explanation or apology. They simply refused to take it back. Total disregard for their customers. It will be the last time I shop with them!

Not worth it

This company need to hire staff that are able to assist with their Lole products. They should be well trained in handle and understanding what the products that the owner sells. To this day I have yet to receive a response to a purchase product.

Well to begin with I purchase for the second time Lole mat first time it came with a strap this time they informed it was a different version, well it was the same version. I complained and the manger has never replied . Very poor customer service will not be purchasing their mat again. The company is pure Greedy.

Poor quality and customer service

The dress I purchased was so badly stretched out in the arms and neck after just one wearing and before I even washed it. I emailed Lolë and was told to complain to Winner's, where I purchased. Winner's didn't make the dress, Lolë did. They do not stand behind their product so I will not be buying anything from them in future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not place an order with this company. Customer service is non existent. No phone number and when you email them no one gets back to you. Non existent, disgusting customer service and they deserve to go bankrupt because of it.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. I placed an order and it showed it didnt go through. Then I placed anther order right after and both went through. Of course you can't actually speak to a human but I reached out right away via email, facebook, instagram and they still haven't helped me. I would never order from them again. I can't return the orders because it days final sale. So I am stuck with two of the same orders. Not an ethical company. They should have not shipped the order, which we all know they could have stopped or at least they should let me return one of the orders.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a jacket and received a dress. Contacted customer service several times with absolutely no response. Never received what I was charged for now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs

AWFUL customer service, inconsistent sizing, AVOID!

I second other reviews about AWFUL customer service; if you're in Europe you can't start a return online, you have to write an email which will be answered many days later. The webapge says "our team is working on it" but in fact you just can't start a return yourself in Europe. The sizing is wildly inconsistent therefore I had to return a bunch of items and the customer service person was RUDE. They refunded the wrong order and implied that I lied about putting the packing slip in the parcel - which I did - and even if I didn't, they have the order number and should just have refunded the items, with a word of apology for the delay due to their own internal mess. Worst customer service ever. The clothes are definitely not worth the full price and for all this hassle, not even the discounted sale price. Stick to US companies indeed.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service - I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. They take days to respond over email - seems every day they have "a large number of inquiries" - and there is no phone number to call. They acknowledged that their warehouse had a major outage but never notified their customers. Ughhh guess this is what Canadians call customer service? Will stick to American companies next time!

Terrible quality - save your money!

Two Lole coats in the last few years - one puffer & one winter. Zipper busted in both. Replaced one - cost nearly as much as the coat! Don’t buy - terrible quality. Ugh. When you want to support a Canadian company but the quality is subpar.

My order has not delivered and nobody is responding …

I ordered two jackets online 2 weeks ago. I didn’t receive a track number. I sent several emails to their support department but no response so far. It has been my first experience shopping from this company. I am very disappointed and I don’t even know if my package with value of $500 will be delivered . I don’t know what to do or how to track my order. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with.

Never order from them

I ordered multiple items intending for them to be gifts. They sent my items in an already open bag and they used packing tape to attempt to tape it closed. I could easily access the items in the bag without having to do anything. When I went through my items I wasn't surprised to find an item missing. Their customer service is non-existent, you're only option is to email them which they ignore. There is no phone number to call them. I've tried contacting them multiple items in different ways have been completely ignored. Never order from them unless you want them to steal your money.

Beware of Sales and Misleading Items

Beware of Sales - I ordered a black shirt and a black dress online. The confirmation in my email showed two black coloured items. When I received the items, the dress was bright pink fuschia and the shirt was a mint green. Upon contacting the company, they said that the pages hadn't been properly updated and that I would need to return the items at my cost to receive a refund. Obviously I would not have purchased clothes in these colours. I won't ever buy from this company again.

Flawless online ordering

I have placed approx. 40 online orders over the past few years and find this to consistently be the most efficient company, bar none, to order from. Orders are received within 3-5 days. Shipping both ways is free. Returns are handled promptly and I see a credit on my credit card within 5-10 days. Flawless.

Ne refund for returned goods

Ne refund for returned goods, bad customer service

I bought two items and returned them 17th April. On 10th May I wrote to Lole asking where my refund was. They did not reply. I wrote to them again in late may and got no response. On the 2nd June I wrote again and finally got a reponse saying they had a high volume of requests and that mine would be dealt with shortly. It is now June 15th and I have heard nothing. Still no refund. Awful customer service.
