DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

They take your money, charge your card, then never ship the merchandise. Complaint filed w IL State Attorney General. These people should be put in jail and put out of business. If this is the last store on earth, stay away.

Charged credit card, no updates, no delivery

I have had a similar experience to those below. I purchased a dresser for my nursery in March 2016. Item was on back order and I was able to reach someone via the online chat a couple months later confirming the order was still on back order. Then crickets for many more months after more than 50 attempts at call/email/chat. My baby is here now and still no refund and no dresser.

Never shipped my order and never replied to my emails and phone calls

I placed an order on August 6, 2016. I sent them an email a week later asking when they would ship since I hadn't heard from them and got a response. I then called numerous times, left 2 voicemails, and then sent a last email this morning (August 22) asking if this was a SCAM and if I should report them.
I finally got an answer back that they would issue a refund (let's double check that) without even apologizing... Bad experience!

Charged me $42, but never received product

I purchased a sleep sack from Lolli Bean's online on May 26th and was charged $42, but I have never received the sleep sack. I have sent numerous emails and left voice messages, but I still have no sleep sack and no refund.

Thieves

Charged my account but never shipped anything.
They wouldn't return any of my numerous phone calls or reply to multiple emails.

I've had to fight the charges through VISA.

Avoid these people at all costs.

False advertisement got me stuck with toxic formaldehyde dresser

There is FORMALDEHYDE in Lollibean's advertised "Non Toxic, safe and sustainable" baby furniture. Misleading sales practice and false advertising. I ordered a dresser for my little kids' room advertised as "safe and sustainable", and used a "instant discount for purchases over $50". The dresser was in stock so was advertised as "Ships within 3 business days". None of the above 3 claims were true. 2 weeks after I saw no activity, I emailed customer service and got no response. After my credit card was charged and there was no indication that the dresser actually shipped, I emailed Lollibeans again, noting why was my credit card charged? Sara responded and blamed it on the manufacturer, saying she will look into it. A week later, I finally saw that it was about to get shipped. I wanted to cancel but my credit card was charged and I gave Lollibeans another chance. What product did I receive? The dresser by manufacturer OEUF has FORMALDEHYDE. The dresser had s sticker on it indicating the presence of the carcinogen. I even confirmed it on OEUF's website itself but it was NOT DISCLOSED by Lollibeans. FORMALDEHYDE causes cancer and is classified as a carcinogen. That empty dresser has been sitting in an empty room with the draws and window open most of the year. I could not return it (Deception #3) because I found out afterwards that you cannot return anything that you bought at a discount from Lollibeans. No reputable seller would have such misleading advertising, offering 20% off only to make a sale that is not returnable. PROTECT your family's health and peace of mind and do not buy from this conniving retailer.

Worst experience and a site not to be trusted.

Ordered items in early April and never received them. Tried emailing customer service several times for an order status with no reply. Their number on their site always goes6to voice mail. Left 2 messages with no reply. Then tried live chat in May and told it was on backorder and delivery would be in two weeks. Still no delivery and it's almost July. Now live chat is always offline and again no email replies and phone support.

I'm now needing to work with my cc company to try to get a refund or process a fraud report.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I made an expensive order and was on the fence about spending that kind of money to begin with. It has been 5 weeks and I have not received a shipment. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, emails, calls, creating a ticket. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I don't believe there is actually an inventory much less customer service department. The website looks legitimate but don't be fooled, it's a scam! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charges with my bank.

Warning - don't purchase with Lolli Beans

I wish I'd read the other reviews before purchasing as my story seems very common. I placed an order in early February. Despite being assured the product was in stock and would be shipped immediately it is now June and not only has the product not been shipped all communication has ceased. The last message I received was in March blaming the manufacturer for the delay, however after contacting the manufacturer directly I was informed this wasn't the case. After an incredibly frustrating 5 months I am now forced to contact my credit card company and try and start the process for a fraudulent transaction.

Never received item but charged

1 month later I have not received the ordered item, but my credit card was charged immediately. Seeing other reviews this seems to be their norm. I guess they are hoping people will forget and not try to get their money back? I will be seeking resolution through my credit card company as this company seems to be a scam.

If possible I would give it no stars.

I ordered an item on April 13 for a baby shower. The baby was due in June. The baby is now here. The item is needed. I called, sent facebook messages, tried to live chat, created a "ticket" - no one has gotten back to me. Terrible terrible customer service. I would never order anything from this place again.

Overall Pretty Terrible

It's hard to do business with these guys. I know I won't be doing it again, despite the fact that they eventually refunded me 20% for the inconvenience.

In short, it took much longer to get my item than it should have. Each time they promised a shipping date, that date would pass and I would hear nothing from them. I'm convinced that I'd still be waiting if I hadn't hounded their customer support Live Chat every day for a couple weeks. And don't bother with their customer service phone number, which always goes to voicemail, because they never call back.

I eventually did receive the item, and a 20% refund, so there's that. But the item is offered by numerous online retailers. I wish I would've ordered from one of them and saved myself the headache.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I put in an order on April 8 and received a confirmation of purchase email. I received another email on April 11 stating that the order status had changed to "Awaiting Shipment". It is now May 28 and I have not received what I ordered. I have left several messages, and sent several emails to the company concerning this and have had no reply. The item I ordered was quite expensive so ended up putting a fraud alert in to my bank in hopes of receiving the money back. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to NOT do it. I think I've been scammed.

Horrendous Customer Service (So Far)

Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and my CC was promptly charged. Even though the website said the items were in stock, I have not received any notification of shipment. I have emailed Lollibeans five times and have yet to receive a response. (Unfortunately, you are unable to speak to anyone on the phone) If I don't hear anything back by next week, I will be contesting the purchase with my CC company. I completely understand if an item is out of stock, or delayed, I just ask that I (the paying customer) be informed. My baby is due in a few weeks and at this point, I am concerned that the items I ordered will not be here in time. Disappointed that the company will not even respond to my request for additional information.
