48hrs in payment, poor customer service and no replies
I'm 48 hours into my payment and haven't recieved anything. Messaged them today and on the day that I bought(Thursday), haven't recieved any reply at all. Honestly at the time i'm not sure if this is a legit site or not i'd change my review later, upon recieving the items hopefully, but the customer service is still very poor. I'd suggest them to pop open a live chat, it might be too time consuming though, but overall something needs to change in their customer service section.
Edit: - I recieved the order and everything went great, also they're really nice people to talk to, turns out it has been a very busy weekend for them hence it all went so hectic. I'd definetly recommend, it was quite sketchy at first but you get what you buy! - Customer service could be improved abit but i'm sure there's reasons like a lot of orders and its all hectic hence slow on replying.
