Ben is always so helpful, polite and trustworthy. Have used him a few times now and he always goes the extra mile. I really can't recommend him highly enough
Ben, the plumber, was excellent. He explained to me everything he was doing (to a broken cistern). He was quiet, efficient, highly professional. He was also inexpensive. In addition, he was extremely congenial, a great conversationalist, as we discussed such things as the difficulties young women had in getting plumbing apprenticeships.
All round, a very good experience - and the cistern now works perfectly!
