Ordered a cab to take me to the airport…
Ordered a cab to take me to the airport at 5am, called to confirm the night before and was informed driver was sick and they had to get another cab company to pick me up and they will refund the prepaid booking in 3 days! Told them had no monies and they needed to find a driver and pay it themselves, they sent a driver from another company who made me pay again by a bank transfer otherwise he wasn’t going to drive ( if he had told me before getting into the car I would have ordered an uber!) outrageous and I feel mugged! Now don’t trust they will refund hence disputing the charge for non delivery of service with the credit card for onward journey and the return pick up as wouldn’t trust this taxi company to pick me at the airport on my return! This is the worst service ever!!
