I’ve been going to London Body Centre for about three years and have always had really positive experiences. The clinic itself is clean, calm, and well set up, which makes appointments feel easy and comfortable. It’s also very accessible and well organised.

The team members are friendly, professional, and make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The service feels thoughtful and unrushed, and I’ve always felt well looked after. I’d happily recommend London Body Centre to anyone looking for a welcoming, high-quality experience.

Its a beautiful place. spotlessly clean and well maintained. there is a friendly welcome as soon as you come through the door. Your privacy is ensured. The staff are professional and efficient.

All the bad reviews are ‘deemed as fake and a competitor playing silly games’ No. Her students and friends are the ones that continually post good reviews to try and get away from the true horror of service.

Plasma Laser Disaster. Run for the hills and stay away from this place.

I am writing this review to formally document my experience with this salon, which I found to be deeply unsatisfactory and concerning.

Following my treatment, I made several attempts to contact the salon regarding aftercare and healing concerns. These messages were largely ignored. When responses were received, they were brief, dismissive, and ultimately ceased altogether. This lack of communication was particularly troubling given the nature of the treatment and the issues I was experiencing.

The aftercare guidance provided was inconsistent and contradictory. I was verbally instructed in the salon not to wet the area or apply creams, while the written aftercare leaflet supplied by the salon stated the opposite. I sought clarification on this discrepancy and received no response. I followed the written advice provided to me via email, yet my concerns were subsequently disregarded.

As a result of this treatment, I have experienced prolonged healing, healing should be 5-7 days mine took a month for the scabs to come off, scarring, and persistent redness around the eye area. These effects remain ongoing and I am scarred for life. Plus the treatment did not work at all.

I was required to sign consent and disclaimer forms prior to treatment, despite requesting to do so afterward (as it stated on the disclaimer). I was informed that refusal would result in the treatment being cancelled and the loss of my payment. This caused significant discomfort and felt coercive.

During the appointment, the practitioner who was Naz herself and who owns the salon retrieved a plasma laser pen from her personal handbag and proceeded to use it. I found this highly unprofessional and concerning from a hygiene and clinical governance perspective.

When I raised a complaint, the response was not focused on resolving my concerns but instead involved attempts to upsell additional treatments. At no point did I feel that my wellbeing or recovery was prioritised.

I also found comments made by the practitioner regarding other clients’ cosmetic procedures to be unprofessional and inappropriate for a clinical or aesthetic setting.

Overall, I felt dismissed, inadequately supported, and distressed by the handling of my treatment and subsequent concerns. I would not return to this salon and would advise others to go elsewhere!!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. The kindest sweetest and funniest team. Love going in here and always feel so looked after, And the results that follow speak for themselves! I always leave feeling (and looking) and million bucks! Love you all so much!

Nas is great at communicating, my consultation was smooth sailing and Nas has been great in answering any questions I have. I’ve had many sessions with Nas for different reasons and each time she has been very reassuring, friendly and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients & their well-being which is very refreshing. Would definitely recommend!

I went on to book the Lemon Bottle treatment, and the service was excellent very professional, knowledgeable, I’m really pleased with the experience and the results so far, and I’m looking forward to my second session. I had Botox in three areas of my face and I found Naz to be very professional and easy to communicate with. She listened to my concerns and helped me understand my face and how the Botox will help with each area. 1 week on I can see great results already. I won’t go anywhere else !!

I’ve been using this clinic for several years. The staff are the best. They are super super friendly but professional at the same time. It is like coming to see friends. I have had HIFU, Morpheus, lemon bottle….. LOVE LOVE all of them. Nas gives the best guidance. Would highly recommend
