Don’t buy from them. Bought a treadmill at the Ideal Home Show in December. It broke in February. I had to send it back for repair they have had it for 2 months. They refused to refund me and are now insisting I take the repaired treadmill back. The Director has emailed me saying in his opinion I have been offered a good service. Stay well away this is shocking……
KEEP CLEAR of this company. To return an item you have to flip between ShoponTV and this company so you are unable to return it in time to include the P/P in the 14 days, so for me to return it the cost is £9 + £4.95 fro the original P/P. The broom cost £20 which is absolute rubbish. I have never heard anything as stupid as this way of communicating having to go through 2 companies so one email is taking 3/4 days.
I bought a set of 5 saucepans from this company and 1 of the pans is faulty, I have sent many emails asking them to honor their 5 year guarantee and they are refusing to exchange the saucepan.
