Work was completed quickly and was good as it was the Friday before a bank holiday, however I feel this effected this price. Was very expensive for two hours work
Jammed lock meant I couldn't get out the front door. Spoke to the locksmith explaining its a very basic Yale lock. Asked me to send pictures of the lock which i did but he didn't call back. I called again only to be given a long speech on how locks work to make it sound like I lived in Fort Nox and then quoted £250 just to come round and open it. Called another locksmith who I simply threw the keys to from my window and within 30 seconds managed to open the door and change the lock for £120 and under 45 mins. If you have an emergency or any lock issues I'd stay well clear!
Excellent service. My front door key got stuck in the euro cylinder of my uPVC door. Door was locked but key wouldn’t turn enough to open the door or release it from the lock. I couldn’t get in to my house and needed a locksmith ASAP. Found this local company after a quick google search. Gave them a call and Rashid turned up within 20 minutes. He was able to open the door without breaking the door or frame. The key still wouldn’t release from the cylinder so it needed to be broken too. Rashid did that and replaced the lock. He explained everything, including price, before he carried out any work. Overall it was a quick and efficient service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you.
We needed to fix a lock to the door leading onto our terrace, which looked like a very tricky job. However, after much thought and determination, Rashid managed to do it. He must be the best locksmith in London!
Thank you so much, Rashid!
Really needed help after getting locked out at 1am on a cold weeknight evening. R&M Locksmith were absolutely brilliant - arrived within 20 minutes, he discussed all my options to do the best job possible and charged an affordable price. Provided a friendly service and was really kind and reassuring when I was cold, tired and a bit stressed! Would highly recommend.
Managed to lock ourselves out of our flat on a weekend. R&M locksmiths arrived within 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and tried every alternative before resorting to drilling the lock. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Came and rescued me from a faulty locked balcony door within 20 minutes in the dead of night. No hesitation in recommending.
I had to call R & M locksmith in the middle of the night in a complete panic.
The 5 lever mortice lock on my security gate had jammed and I had been trying to open it for two hours.
I was so relieved when Rashid from R & M locksmith answered the phone promptly and was at my address within 15 mins.
He was very determined to help even though it was a ‘nightmare job’
He was very professional, friendly and genuine. He eventually, after much drilling, broke the lock much to my relief!
Prices are realistic for the job done and time of night.
Also Rashid has made himself available for aftercare advice which I thank him for. He’s a genuine guy so I recommend these locksmiths highly.....they are not rip off merchants!!!
