Ordered 10th December goods not received - now into April. They said in February that they would send replacement - but not done so. This was through Groupon - but Groupon are passing the buck.

Ordered goods in November 2023 and never received. They refuse to rectify the situation and refuse to even contact me. Avoid this disgraceful company with no ethics. It is now 16/1/24 and still nothing.

Ordered a gift for my daughter on the 28th November from Groupon thinking that should be enough time to get here before Christmas and still waiting now no tracking on Groupon since 8th of December just says preparing to ship

This company just seems to be a complete scam. Like many others before me ordered items Nov 11th 2023 on Groupon. No products and no response.
Avoid, avoid, avoid

Ordered an item from them through Groupon, it didn't arrive, contacted the company via email no reply, contacted Groupon for assistance, they just keep replying stating they've informed the the merchant who will be in touch within 24 hours and I then hear nothing, still no refund

I ordered via groupon under the advisement that delivery would be up to 10 working days. 20 days later I emailed asking for an update on my order as tracking showed nothing past being prepped for dispatch....no reply. I've now contacted groupon for help in getting my money back from, what I can only say after my personal experience and reading the other reviews on various platforms, a bunch of thieving scumbags that should have been shut down years ago.
Please, avoid at all costs and send your money to an honest and ethical company. Good luck!

Ordered an item which was advertised on Livingsocial but the wrong item was sent and when I asked for the correct item or a refund I was told it was the correct item but a different packaging which was untrue. Despite reminder no reply. Tried to contact Livingsocial but email couldn't be delivered despite the address being on their website. Their attitude seems to be we'll ignore you and you'll go away.!

Awful company. Purchased an item via Groupon, it never arrived and they ignored my emails. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they refunded me. Avoid this dodgy company.

I purchased a bracelet through GroupOn using this Company. I realised very quickly that I had ordered 2 in error and they had my previous address. 2 emails later, money taken, no items and no response. BEWARE OF USING THEM. Not professional, not acceptable!!

I order something on wowcher and never come.i tryed to call them and email them nobody answer.

Hi all, don't trust the is company as I had brought an item from them via Wowcher, it was a childs piano playmat. The playmat was reduced quite a lot from it's original price of what they sell it for normally & is still available on their own website. The one thing is that it comes without a box or even a plastic/selophane packet & considering they normally charge £29.99 for it it should come with packaging of some decent sort.
I emailed them about the missing packaging as it was going to be a present & I just got back a sarcastic email saying that it is still a nice item & I could wrap it up in some nice paper - NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
London Exchain Store you deserve to go out of business with an attitude like that.

I made an order 15 days ago and still hasn't arrived. I also emailed them few times and they haven't even replayed.

Ordered an item last month and was told delivery would be within 10 working days, over 10 w/days later.... no sign of the item, and have now been told by them to wait until the 15th to contact them which would push the delivery time to almost 20 working days. absolutely ridiculous.
