Despite their claim that most orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day, my order which was placed before the cutoff time still hasn’t been despatched two days later. I’m not impressed!

Every family trip to London over the past several years would not have been complete without a pilgrimage to the London Graphic Centre to close out the day. That was until today when a member of staff decided that they wanted to be rude to my disabled partner and 3 year old daughter. Whilst my daughter was being inquisitive she was doing no harm, yet the staff member decided that she was overstepping the mark.

We had tolerated the lack of accessibility for someone with cerebral palsy as my partner can just about manage the steps, but now we will be taking our business elsewhere.

For today's transaction, the items I selected were returned and I will instead be ordering these elsewhere.

London Graphic Centre would do well to learn to encourage the younger generation to explore and feel comfortable in their shop, which includes welcoming, inclusive and tolerant staff. After all today's toddlers are the next generation of art students, artists and hobbyist creatives, and therefore customers of their shop.

I cannot remember the last time I have returned items to a store because of the attitude of a member of staff, in fact this may well be the first time. This experience ruined our family day out, and that is simply unforgivable.

As always delivered promptly and goods were packaged well.
I will continue to shop with you.

True to their word I was alerted when tinted charcoal blocks were in stocc, I ordered and received them within a day.

My order came very quickly and I am pleased with it. I often buy from London Graphic Centre as they have a great choice of items all of which are excellent quality. I’m really into Japanese stationery so this is the place for me! Another bonus is that I can have my parcel delivered to my local Rymans store, so I don’t have to worry about being in for the postman.

Great service from the staff at London Graphics Centre - I was having some copying done and I think the young man who served me was called Louis - forgive me if I got that wrong! His service was impeccable and when I managed to give myself a paper cut, he went and fetched some antiseptic gel and a plaster! Lovely to have such a great experience and I will return! Niall

A dream store for anyone who loves stationery! The selection is outstanding, especially the range of Japanese stationery products. The highlight for me was the beautiful Midori notebooks — exceptional quality and thoughtfully designed.

They also offer an impressive variety of writing instruments, including high-quality pencils, leads, and mechanical pencils. Whether you’re a casual writer or a serious stationery enthusiast, there’s something special to discover.

The staff were really nice — attentive, patient, and very well informed. They took the time to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations without any pressure.

A must-visit if you’re in London, particularly if you appreciate fine stationery.

They use DX for delivery and so, several weeks after paying for next day delivery, the item still has not arrived.

Addition/Edit: While there has been a reply to this review some three weeks after I posted it, I've not had my emails replied to for weeks now, suggesting the PR of replying to online reviews is a priority over communication with customers.

Shocking customer service.

Ordered a gift for my father plus some extras for xmas. I was aware it may arrive after as I was a bit late. No notifications for days after, then suddenly a shipped notification day before Xmas eve, great!

Then late just before 17:30, an email and refund for the main gift, sorry not in stock but we shipped the extra (which by the way is useless without the main gift) .

No phones answered and apparently "closed".

Useless and brainless, why ship the spare without the main part except to take my money even though there are failures in all areas at their end.

Bloody disgraceful. AVOID!
