Booked 9 month ago, still no lawn, no phone contact

I confirmed a booking with this company also known as kentlawnturflaying.co.uk in October 2025 for 11 May 2026. In the days leading up to that date, I emailed repeatedly for confirmation and an estimated arrival time, and tried calling the number listed on their website — no answer, no update. At one point I had to ask whether the company was still trading, as I'd heard nothing. They finally replied on the Friday afternoon before the Monday install date, simply saying they were "inundated" and would send the job sheet ASAP. Then on the morning of the install date itself, I was told the team leader had gone on paternity leave early and the job would be postponed — I was then told shortly after that this had been resolved and they'd be with me as planned. A team did turn up on 11 May, but had to leave again because the equipment couldn't fit through my house for access (even though I had provided measurements). After repeatedly chasing for a new date, 12 June 2026 was confirmed — only for that to be cancelled two days beforehand because they didn't have the smaller rotovator needed for my access - and they only advised of this when I had emailed to check they were still planning to attend. I've now been asking for over a week for a new date and have heard nothing.
Throughout, the only point of contact has been one person, Emma, by email — and on virtually every occasion I've had to chase her for a response rather than hearing from her proactively. The phone number on the website is never answered, and although Emma did call me back in October, the mobile number she's used in emails since then is now out of service. After seven months, an aborted on-site visit, and a cancelled rebooking, I still don't have a lawn and have no working way to reach anyone by phone.
