No linen , no apologies , but charged us

I was using these guys for over a year then suddenly they never deliveries anything and was during our busiest period. This lasted around 5 - 6 weeks where we were at risk having no clean linen first using plastic bags to cover selves in kitchen then having to purchase aprons.

After all that they never apologised sent someone a long time after who just topped up linen and charges us the whole time!

Now whats worse i am emailing them asking what on earth is happening as they are disrupting me further and they don’t email back just keep emailing me the invoice in response.

When i first called they said had a new delivery person but never said anything since.

Really disappointed maybe we not so big so now they treat us this way.
