I used LMS 5 years ago as a young first time buyer which was a daunting process, but the service was so patient and helpful and pretty much held my hand every step of the way.

Fast forward to now and I engaged in advance of my mortgage fixed period ending, to see what my options were. The team were super helpful and quickly got to work, figuring out the best options for me and we sorted the deal the following day. Very reliable which is especially prized during turbulent times such as these!

I have used LMS for 3 different mortgages over the last 3 years and 2 of those were complicated. Nik knew exactly which product to go for and from which lender. He understands the products and their nuances in detail. His responses were always prompt and his advice was very clear. Once the offers were secured, Lisa was great in helping me navigate the completion process. She is pro-active in following up and very good at steering the whole process. I struggle to think of anything LMS could have done better on any of my 3 mortgages.
