Overall great value i was able to use a lot of the activities in the 10 days I purchased. I just would like them to have updates on the sites, I went all the way to Greenwich and all attaccions were closed due to private events, so not a nice experience. The rest was good.

It failed on the first day and I couldn’t access the Shakespeare’s Globe tour. They said th system wasn’t working and there was nothing they could do about it.

Helped us cover all of our important site seeing targets

The London pass worked perfectly every time. The staff were quick to scan our passes and didn't wait long to get into attractions. No complaints. I would definately use it again.

There is a good range of activities available. I think however that's disingenuous to include free activities on the passport as it inflates its value artificially. Having said that, I DID find it excellent value. It would be good to have the Hop-on Hop-off pass as 2x24 hour passes instead of a single 2-day pass as I think it could be better utilised that way.

Excellent cost-benefit ratio, if you are planning on staying longer than 5 days and visiting many spots, this is the way!
Even for shorter visits I would recommend the London Pass, it's a much better deal

I visited 16 attractions with my 5 day pass saving me close to 50%, it was very eay to buy and use the pass.
I would highly recommend buying a pass but remember to cram as much in as possible over the days of the pass to save more.

The London pass is a great way to see a whole bunch of attractions easily. Once we had the pass we didnt need to worry about ticket lines or how much we were spending at each place. We also went to a few attractions we otherwise would not have known about thanks to the options the pass gave us.

For 1 day pass, London big bus tour(2-day validity) cannot be used when we tried to use it only on the 2nd day, the conductor said it was expired. what went wrong? we need to use the bus on 1st day ? then the ticket will be valid still on 2nd day?

The card was very useful for the museums and monuments we wanted to go. Only thing is for the amount we paid it could also include public transports, at least the underground.

The concept is very good and it actually allows to save a lot of money if you manage to efficiently schedule time, places and distances.
The problem is that the App supposed to help you planning is very limited and does not consider the actual timing of the different attractions, hence at the and you have to do almost everything manually. Indeed not all attractions can be booked from the App and many have particular time slots.

Very good, but it would be better if you could have a day break for example, not consecutive days.....it is very tiring when you choose a more than 3 days pass.

It is very convenient to use. You don't always have to buy the tickets separately first, which makes things easier and saves time.
However, there was information about what our LondonPass Plus should cover.
Once we got there, we were told that it wasn't actually included in our type of pass.
For example, there were signs at the Hard Rock Cafe saying that every pass holder gets a free burger, and the musical Wicked was supposed to offer free or discounted admission, but that wasn't the case either.
In terms of price, it didn't really save us much compared to paying for each attraction separately.

I bought a two day London pass to spend time with my son. The places that we were able to book and visit were great, however, we spent more time travelling and not getting into places due to them being busy and not having walk in availability or closing times had changed and weren’t listed on your website. I could have paid for the places I visited on these two days and it would have cost me less than the passes. I wouldn’t buy again due to the unavailability/uncertainty of only being able to get into attractions if they aren’t the first thing you choose to do in the morning , then if they aren’t you are given a time slot for later in the day. So planning becomes a non issue as you can’t plan. Also frustrating as even though some places do have times slots you couldn’t book them through the site.
