In our short existence, we have grown tremendously and as such are delivering competitive and affordable products to our membership which is forever growing. We have adapted our reach in line with the demand and need for the communities that we serve. Some of our current services include loans, savings, debit cards, and payroll plus.

I gave 5 stars as when I ask for some…

I gave 5 stars as when I ask for some of my own money to be paid back into my bank account, it is done in a very timely manner. I only save with the credit union to help people out not to get a loan from them though, so I cannot comment on that side of it.

would not bother applying with this…

would not bother applying with this credit union, staff will not help unless already a member. They will sound unprofessional, will not call you back when promised. website does not work. calls never answered. Credit unions are meant to help local communities, this credit union is a menace to the community, they will perform only HARD SEARCHES when applying and detriment your credit for nothing.

Never seen a more unprofessional and…

Never seen a more unprofessional and uncommunicative staff at London Credit union. I had applied on the 23rd of April. Asked to submit payroll evidence. Told 3/5 working days to assess and reply. Had to chase for two weeks where no one could assist. Loan officers never there. Only open 3 days a week. And after 2 weeks of no assessment. I got called yesterday to say someone will review your application tomorrow and reply to you. 10am open/ 11am I get a email saying” AFTER CAREFUL REVIEW” we cannot approve your application. Absolutely you can refuse me. But don’t make me wait 2 weeks. Performs a HARD SEARCH on the 23rd of April and then after messing with my credit and open banking say no without feedback or reason.

I would not recommend these people. All of them sounded very young and unprofessional. Never picking up the phone or replying to emails.

Absolute disgrace to financial services intended to help local communities. PLEASE….

Poor service

I have been with this branch for well over 12years and been satisfied always but in the last couple of months there is a noticeable drop in customer service, they never reply to emails and never answer the phone

Been a customer for several years and…

Been a customer for several years and never missed a loan repayment as they receive my child benefit directly which is almost £140 a month. They send emails prompting customers to apply for loans & then decline minuscule loans of just a few hundred pounds. Approve a loan, decline a loan, approve a loan, decline a loan. Zero consistency and you will ALWAYS have to chase up your application as zero response after weeks.
