Great service from booking to certificate very professional got my certificate right after inspection which is great will use your service again

STAY AWAY! This company came in the cheapest for a gas safety certificate and EIRC. The man that came spent exactly 30 minutes in the property for a 1 bedroom flat. Not professional or communicative. I had to chase them for any news or report 10 days later. I was told by phone that they both failed and I would need to spend £500 to change my fuse box and change a pipe from plastic to metal. To date 2 months later I have never received a report from them. I have emailed so many times but they just disappeared. This company is not reputable and at the end of the day the cheapest is not always best in the long run. Should have stuck to Open rent.

Okay service, finally have the outcome I needed, even though it did take awhile.

Extremely bad service. Had to chase them couple of times to finish a job. The consumer box they replaced keep tripping and they refuse to respond to my requests for repair.

My supply board work was quickly scheduled and completed. Shortly afterwards I experienced electrical problems. The work was inspected by an independent contractor who described the work as dangerous and amongst the worst installations he had seen. LPI promised a refund for their work (but not for any of the expensive remedial work) but have not paid. They refuse to respond to phone calls or emails. Avoid this company.

They told me that they had finished the job and made me to pay the full amount, later I found out they didn't.
I had to keep on asking them to complete the job for about 3 months, as they ignored my emails and didn't turn up on the promised date.
Finally they gave me the certificate even before they finished off the job.
It's been about 5 months since they finished the job, but still they haven't given back the keys for the property to me. I'm still keep on asking, but no reply.

GO ELSEWHERE!

The owner is rude and abusive. He insists on payment before the work is completed and then trying to get any certificate from him is difficult. He then just threatens you with court action without actually fulfilling his duties.

Very professional service with good communication throughout. Turned up promptly and the certificates were emailed to me shortly after the service was carried out. Would recommend.

Had an EICR check, was done very quickly and efficiently. Was concerned when told i could not have or see the certificate before i had paid upfront but on checking found this is (rightly or wrongly!) normal practice and on payment received the cert. very soon afterwards. Aside from this minor hiccup everything could not have been better.

I was very impressed in regards to the service provided. They are very professional, technician visit was punctual and the EICR report was complete and quickly released. I will use them again next time for sure. Recommended

Got 2 EICR certificates through this company, they were very helpful in accommodating my urgent next day request and certificates were received promptly. The EPC took longer to arrive due to system issue. Good competitive price too.

Great company,they attended both properties that I asked them,on timely manner,providing highly profesional services.I honestly recomend this guys!Well done!

We booked this company initially to do a gas and electrical safety test on a property we were buying. Initially all seemed fine, they did the inspection quickly and got us the certificates in a timely manner. We booked them again to fix an issue with the electrics they spotted during the inspection. They missed two appointments with no calls to advise us they were not coming, only confirming this when we called them, with bogus excuses being given. After asking for a refund they said they'd give us a discount of £50 if we allowed them one more chance to do the work. Stupidly we said yes. When they finally did turn up, hours late of course, the workman left us with no confidence the work had been done to a good quality. When they left they left a step ladder outside our front door and it has now been there for 9 days. They will not answer the phone and almost never respond to emails and when they do what they promise never happens. I would not use this company for any work, truly the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid.

Terrible service avoid this company they missed the appointment last week I have asked for a refund after calling on both landline & mobile with no answer. They have only just replied to my email today aski g for bank details to give my money back which was paid with a card so they don't even know how to pay funds back and I'm still waiting for a reply to have my money refunded.

Really bad service don't waist your time with them.
