The puppeteers were so good. After a while you stopped seeing them & only saw the puppets. The characters were all true to thd story. Beautiful production.

The show was very well performed on the whole and the puppeteers in particular were fantastic, especially as they were singing as well. However, there wasn't really enough story to fill the time and some of the songs felt dragged out or superfluous. Sydney Christmas is a fantastic singer but didn't feel quite evil enough as Cruella De Vil, but the weak link in the cast was Jeff Brazier, who just wasn't in the same league as the other actors. His inadequacies as a performer were particularly highlighted as he was partnered with Aston Merrygold, who was excellent. Overall it certainly wasn't a bad show, but nor was it up there with the best.
Amazing show and cast. Puppets are brilliant. Sydney's voice is just amazing!
This production was described to me as "bonkers" - yes, it was enjoyable with slick changes of set. The cast who sang also operated the "dogs". All a lot of fun for the family. I booked this play as I am a fan of Sydnie Christmas who did not disappoint as the scheming Cruella de Ville. The only thing that I really did not like was having to lean to the right (when sitting at the end of an aisle) in order to see the stage. The seating in the theatre is not is not configured to provide a clear view. It spoilt my enjoyment having had to dodge the person sitting directly in front of me.
The cast tried hard but the story line is poor and I really didn't like the repeated references to skinning the puppies. I bought tickets which were heavily discounted and on sale in the circle for just under £40, would not have liked to pay full price.
Brilliant performance by Sydney, Jeff and Aston. Lots of adult humour. I took my grandchildren ages 8 and 6 and they really laughed. The dogs were very clever too. All in all worth the money.
Bit pantomime but dogs and singing excellent
Booked as a last minute treat expecting Aston Merrygold but he wasnt in the show but oh my word his understudy Dylan Collymore was fantastic as were Sydnie and Jeff and the rest of the crew. Great show real feel good factor
It was a good show - but I have never been stopped at the front door from bringing my own coffee in for the show. I was asked to bin it. Annoying in particular that you don't serve decaf latte with coconut milk!! I don't drink alcohol or sugary drinks. Water is not most exciting. Change your policy as I have been told it's because it's a hot drink - it wasn't hot but because it was in a Costa cup I couldn't take it in.
The show was amazing, The dog puppets were brilliant, Cruella was amazing , very funny Casper and Jasper. So good I saw it twice.
Great feel good show, especially for the kids. Clever use of puppets.
Wow! Blown away by this production. Sydnie Christmas was born to be on the stage and to play this role. All the cast and vocals were amazing and the puppetry brought the story to life. Wish I had time to see it for a second time. First time to this theatre too and it was a beautiful space.
I thought it was OK,but not brilliant.
Great musical with good scenery turn around. Fabulous cast wonderful afternoon with my 3 x granddaughters who enjoyed the show, cruella made a marvellous character with rest of the cast, My only negative was I felt the acoustics were too loud.
Show was incredible from start to finish You fall in love with the dogs so quickly and clothes music was amazing . Cruella was electric with an amazing voice and acting . The brothers were hilarious and the whole cast are very talented . Must watch show !!
We had discounted tickets via the website. Just £47.50 each for top price tickets. Process was seamless - PERFECT. THE SHOW... AMAZING Sydnie Christmas stole the show. What an amazing presence and the dogs were amazing too
My grandchildren aged 8 and 11 and I did enjoy the show we did think sometimes it was very loud
Really great production, kids absolutely loved it. The dog/animal puppets were fabulous! My only criticism is that Cruella was a bit "shouty" / "breathy" so lots of her dialogue got missed by the audience (29/08 matinee)
Absolutely great for all ages. Fab actors and props. Our kids are a it older now and enjoyed every moment of it. Great theatre. Great view. Great deals on tickets for summer holidays.
My granddaughter really loved it
