Beautiful production in the perfect setting of the outdoor theatre. Firs class performance by all my spirits weren’t even dampened by a slight shower in the second half just added to the authenticity of the Scottish weather. (Im Scottish) thanks for a fairytale afternoon.

Was very disappointed after Fiddler on the Roof last year the casting wasn’t right for lead roles and was not believable. Also the talking in an alternative language realty didn’t add to the story . Really enjoyed the dancing though .
My show was rained out after first two pieces. Not their fault of course but they could have made it more palatable by offering to sing a couple of the songs without the dancing (which I accept was a workplace safety hazard) and if the orchestra had played while the stage was being mopped
It was wonderful. The thing that let the evening down was the lack of assistance coming out of the theatre. Closing the park and not allowing you to re-trace your steps back to where you’d parked your car is quite thoughtless considering half of the audience will be people who don’t know their way round London. The theatre needs to work with the Council to come to a much better and thoughtful arrangement. Our 5 minute walk through the park became a 25 minute walk trying to work out where we were going with my 87 year old Mother who cannot walk far. There was one park bench only for her to rest about 1/2 way round. Rather spoilt what had been a most magical evening of talent in musical theatre.
Stunning revival in a magical setting. Run to it.
Lovely show. Excellent production and thoroughly enjoyed it!
I last saw Brigadoon when it was in the West End 36 years ago and loved it.This new updated version by the company at Regent’s Park did not disappoint. The setting within the park added to the ethereal atmosphere of the story something I feel that is hard to replicate in an enclosed theatre. The cast overall were engaging drawing the audience into there world with ease. Being in the open air does have its disadvantages re the weather and we had one small weather break which added 10 minutes to the performance which was fine. I do hope that as Summer ends and turns to Autumn this doesn’t happen too often as it would be a shame to miss this magical show.
We were told it was going to be magical- and it was. It was beautifully staged, exquisitely danced and totally enthralling. All the voices were superb. I came away having seen something that in the setting was uniquely memorable and wonderful.
A visual and auditory masterpiece Though microphones too loud mostly & often hard to distinguish who was speaking .
Set decoration , quality of singers and actors, dancing and audio of open theatre was excellent. The romance portrayed by the actors was felt by the audience. Really enjoyed the amended ending where the Captain remained with Fiona in Brigadoon. The Schoedingers
Outstanding production of a slightly forgotten Golden Age musical. A pure delight.
We came from Manchester for a three day trip and booked Brigadoon for the first night. The setting of the theatre is stunning. The performance itself was amazing and joyous. It started with two pipers descending down the stairs, which gave me goosebumps (as bagpipes usually do). It felt like the actors were genuinely enjoying every minute of the performance, which made us as an audience feel that way. The singing was superb. The outstanding performances were the two young actors who played Sam and Jeanie but everyone was fantastic. I would recommend this show to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
Fabulous choreography and dancing. Well staged. Lovely show on a beautiful night.
Fantastic all round performance, acting singing dancing ,love the location ,makes it more magical .staff very friendly and helpful
I absolutely loved everything about this production of Brigadoon!! With a few minor changes, it stands true with the original script and score. The minor changes worked very well in the story which I know well. The cast were outstanding. Wonderful acting, singing and dancing throughout. Impeccable Scottish accents, Direction and Choreography suberb. Every actor suited their character but particular praise goes to the two younger actors who played Charlie & Jeannie. I would like to return to see this again and very much hope that the show will transfer to an indoor West End stage with the same casting, I am sure I am not alone in giving this 5 star review!
Amazing. Lovely escape!
First time at this theatre, open air added to the atmosphere and set.Cast were excellent and I was so happy the original songs were all there.
Absolutely brilliant show. I booked these tickets for my mum for Mother’s Day as this is her favourite film. I was unsure whether it would meet her expectation but it absolutely did. Great setting, fantastic cast and amazing vocals and musicians.
Fabulous performance. Loved the staging with all of the ramps. Phenomenal dancing.
Very entertaining and loved the atmosphere. Abit cold after the sun set
