Absolutely fantastic production from start to finish. The set design was exceptional, the acting was faultless. It felt like I was really there in the house with them due to the intimacy of the theatre and the set itself. The story line was clear and the special effects/mechanics were spot on. The only thing I would say is I wish there was more scares throughout and more of a build up throughout.

It was edge of your seat stuff throughout. I was so tense I was in agony but in a good way. Well recommended. Best thriller I've seen in ages. Great actors. Well done and thank you. Worth every penny

This is one of the best plays I have seen – the special effects and illusions were really great – if you are a fan of Ghost Stories, 2:22 then you will love this show. The cast was great and story brilliant – the sets where amazing. Just a word of warning if visiting – we booked isle seats which meant you miss certain elements of the show (we sat on the left in Row H 17/18 and could not see the extreme left-hand side of the set). The set is a cross section of a house with two floors and the left hand side of the kitchen and top bedroom sets where slightly obscured from our seats, if you can get more central seats you will see the whole set – it didn’t ruin the show for us though as the actors move around a lot. I would 100% recommend the show if you like the horror genre.

This was the most amazing experience! We're a huge fan of paranormal movies and this play hit the mark in every way. The set design, production, and acting were all stunning! The only warning is that the seats and rows are extremely cramped, so be prepared to get very cozy with your seatmates!

Play was fantastic. The theatre was not. The seats are so cramped and simply no leg room. Had it not been for the utterly gripping edge of seat production I may well have left. Never have I been so uncomfortable. I’m only 5ft 5 and a average build so goodness knows how tall people cope:

Not enough paranormal activity to justify all the hype surrounding the play. Too many blackouts, which disrupted the flow of the narrative. Using eerie sounding music to highten the atmosphere did not work, as it was far too noisy. Providing tv screens to allow the stalls to see what was happening only gave you a sore neck. The split staging does not work. The male actor was a very very goid actor.
