Decided to go and see S E over Xmas to get out the house ,and what a great decision it was .. excellent show ,really enjoyed it.. great venue aswell .. and skaking of the highest order .. unbelievable.... if you're thinking of going ,make sure you do ,you won't be disappointed 10/10

The show was amazing and the costumes were very clever and colourful. The cast were very talented. Unfortunately, one member fell in the second half, and there didn't appear to be an understudy so all members of the audience were told to leave and the show stopped completely. So we didn't see the rest of the second half and missed the finale. Sad for the person who fell but very disappointed to miss a large part of the show. We had spent a lot of money on tickets, program, food and train fares. Rather surprised the show didn't carry on with an understudy. Had the fall have been in the first ten minutes would the whole performance have been cancelled?

We’d chosen seats near the back as were unsure what to expect. On arrival we were advised to go to the box office and to our surprise given a free upgrade to the very front. Apprehensive at best, we went to the front and WOW! WOW! The place to be, formidable skating by cast, excellent line of sight for all scenes and such a wonderful, warm group of such experienced and talented cast members. A show for all ages and a one we are so very pleased we didn’t miss out on!

This was my 2nd time seeing Starlight Express and my daughter's first. Absolutely amazing performance,, so much energy and such fun! My favourite show of all time. The only thing I would say is that there could be a bit more leg room where we were sat ( FF 13 and 14) but other than that amazing!

Wonderful production slightly overshadowed by a member of staff called Courtney who needs a training course on customer service! Telling a person to “just go away” when she failed to give concise instructions is poor.

I’m not keen on musicals but my daughter is an artistic roller skater so I knew she’s loved this and my husband is a musician and has played many of the tracks in performances. When it finished I nearly cried. It was amazing. Such a talented cast. My fave singer was Momma. Her voice was sublime. I can’t recommend this enough, I’d go again in a heart beat. It so immersive for the audience with the skating going on around you. If I could give it a million star ⭐ rating I would. Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Well done to every member of the cast, band and crew. Phenomenal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I first saw this production over 20 years ago and loved it more now than I did then. Cast were amazing throughout. My daughter and I loved Rusty and Pearl.

The show from start to finish kept you wanting more, cast , scenery , everything was just amazing . We lterally sat in carriage 2 at the front and it felt like you were part of the show. Excellent performances throughout. Highly highly recommend a visit.

Great space at the Troubadour and enjoyed a spectacular update of a show I last saw nearly 40 years ago. Production values are world class and our whole family group, 19 of us aged from 4 to 75 were entranced!
