The show was brilliant, everyone in it threw everything they had into it which is hard on a matinee. The costumes were beautiful and the chorus had so many of them. The set was simple but effective. The only thing which spoiled it for me was that my seat wasn’t sold as restricted view, but it was. My advice, don’t book the Grand Circle unless you’re in the front row.
So refreshing to laugh at the world again. Things that technically you shouldn’t say now. It reminds you that you should be able to laugh at just about anything IF you’re sharing the laughs out on different groups. Brilliantly production. Great acting and a great performance by the whole team.
Fantastic show, great energy and very funny.
Most enjoyable and funny musical. Lots of dancing, great music and singers. Their voices are fantastic The actors are very talented.
Everything
A brilliant production the cast is full of energy and very talented
Amazing show
Not funny. The film was much better.
Hilarious!
Great show and excellent value.
Over the top and mature audiences only - some dated tropes due to age of play but satiric take to update the play won me over. Insanely talented cast.
Note had to contact Nimax prior to the show for e-tickets. No e-tickets were available to download with London Theatre Direct online email booking confirmation...
Very funny show. Have seen it several times previously and this one was just as good. All the actors were excellent.
A fantastic show with a very talented cast well done to all involved
Brilliant show.
Hilarious, camp, a bit rude, great fun.
It was a good show
Funny, uplifting and at times brilliant
The production itself was outstanding. The staging, set design, and acting were all brilliant, and the actors gave truly excellent performances. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the seats. We purchased them based on the theatre’s seating plan, but the reality was very different from what the plan suggested. There was no indication that the balcony overhang would obstruct our view and prevent us from seeing the upper part of the stage and much of the scenery. In addition, there was a column directly in front of us which further restricted our view. None of these limitations were clearly disclosed when we purchased the tickets. We paid a considerable amount for these seats and spent much of the performance struggling to see the stage properly. This was particularly disappointing because the actors were absolutely superb, and we were unable to fully enjoy their performances. A wonderful production and brilliant cast, but a very disappointing experience because the seating plan did not accurately reflect the severely restricted view from our seats.
