URGENT! FAMILY OF LONDON WINDOWN BLINDS OWNER. OZZY, WHO WAS SO YOUNG, SADLY PASSED AWAY IN HIS SLEEP, 22ND DECEMBER 2021. WE ARE TRYING IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS TO HOPEFULLY PUT NOTICE ON WEBSITE, ONCE ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERY CUSTOMER FOR THEIR KIND COMMENTS OVER THE YEARS.

Ozzy have been courteous and accommodating up to the time when we hit installation issues. After which headache and exuberant costs were proposed to be added in order to solve poor design and craftmanship.

It started when original contract cost was adjusted by 100£ at the time of installation due to an additional "wooden baton". I agreed, but final product ended up to be deteriorating and sagging across the length of the blinds. Granted Ozzy ability to estimate proper design are poor, but obnoxiousness of telling me if you wanted to have a "proper job" then you have to pay an additional 700£ was beyond me! First of all 700£ is a poor cover up patch and not a solution to the poor design. Second of all I would love to see a customer who does not want a "proper job".

So dear customers if you want something other then "proper job" go for it. If you are ready for additional exuberant costs go for it.

I consider my money wasted.

This is the second time we have used London Window Blinds and again we received great service. Ozzy communicated with us well, we received prompt delivery and installation of our blinds at a fair price and to a high standard. Would not hesitate to reccommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had 10 Venetian blinds installed around a new build apartment. Ozzy was super pleasant to deal with throughout (especially compared to some larger providers I’ve engaged with in the past) and he provided great after care support too. The quality of the blinds are perfect. I’d definitely recommend his services to others!

I had ozzy install blinds a few years ago and I’m still annoyed at the waste of money it was. He insisted he told us that it wouldn’t block out all the light but he should have told us it was as good as not having any curtains at all especially because it was so expensive.... 2k!!

I recommend London Window Blinds. It was a reliable and efficient service.

Found Ozzy on google and had him come in to quote for 3 window blinds. He came out promptly, was on time (no hanging around waiting all morning!) - So great start, was very polite, informative and helpful on the choices of blinds and the time from order to delivery. Decided to go ahead there and then with made to order choices, and he came back to me only a couple of weeks later to say they were ready - this was sooner than the expected delivery period. He did a great job fitting and they look superb. Very, very happy with his service and quality, and I’d thoroughly recommend him.

I called this morning to get an estimate for multiple properties and I was polite and courteous. The man on the other end of the phone was rude and discourteous, further informating me that he would charge landlords for each estimate and wouldn't make good afterwards. I rated him on google. Well he didn't like that, so he called me and gave me an earful, calling me an angry nasty man giving bad reviews (90% of my reviews are 4 and 5 star, I don't just leave angry reviews). It is against google policy for him to contact me and I'm quite shaken, to be honest. I think he is a bit of a bully.

Ozzy recently installed some wood venetian blinds in my kitchen. Very pleased with the results. They look great, fit well, the installation was quick and with no mess. Once I’d made the order, the blinds were ready for delivery within a few weeks (which is quick in my experience of bespoke orders). It’s the second time I’ve had Ozzy fit blinds for me. He fit wood venetian blinds in my living room and bedroom five or so years ago and those blinds are still as good as new.

Ozzy was quick, experienced and professional, he measured our blinds pefectly, even when the blinds for one room were delivered in the wrong colour by the supplier there was no fuss and quickly sorted, you get high quality service and blinds we were delighted.

Love my blinds! Great Quality! Really efficiant service from Ozzy who came over to measure & less than 2 weeks later fitted blinds. Highly recommend :)

Very happy with the blinds that Ozzy installed for us. There was a potential sizing issue which we knew about before we had the blinds installed but it all worked out well and there were no issues on the day.

Called London window blinds and 2 other companies too for blackout blinds for my bedrooms and children's room. I found L W Blinds the most honest and professional company to deal with - unlike the others who were certainly not ! A great job done for made to measure blackout blinds. Thank you so much Ossie.

Fantastic job yesterday ! Thank you to all staff. My home finally feels completed as conservatory is finished. Beautiful blinds snd fabric. The finish is out of this world. We are very happy. This is my 3rd property to have had blinds installed by London Window Blinds. Trevor and twins said a big THANK YOU!

I supposed to write a review for Ozzy ages ago and I am glad that I am not the only one here to complain. Ozzy has incredibly good ratings on Google that's why convinced me to choose him to install blinds for our new flat. He is a one man band and he came across friendly and with sense of humor. Everything went smoothly till the day when blinds were installed. My wife and I trusted Ozzy so much and we didn't even pay too much attention while he was installing the blinds. It turned out that most our blinds are short in width, but Ozzy declined the fault and insisted that he did everything correctly and we had a massive discount from him as well. The problem is that at least 2 windows and one door's blinds are visibly short in width which I have sent him pictures, we were talking about over 2cm short. We looked all the samples online and in store we could never find any blinds that installed are over 2cm away from the frame of the windows and door, they just looked odd but he kept replying that's correct and it supposed to have gaps, but those gaps look ridiculous even by amateur! Ozzy refused firmly not to come back and exam the issue. We felt that we've been left so disappointed by the way we were treated especially the contrast before and after sale, we felt we could count on him but we made wrong judgement of him. Our new flat had all these blinds installed and paid a fortune but it looks nowhere near perfect. We have to live with this now as we don't want to spend so much again to redo them! Think again if he is the one man band, he does the actual job, he is the salesman, he is the account, he makes mistakes, he has no time to correct his mistakes. I believe he did some good jobs, but how could you expect an after sale care or service from him? DENIAL and NONE!!! His business keeps rocking by the Google reviews and ratings, but I certainly wouldn't recommend him to anyone! If you come across London Window Blinds Ltd and want to use the services, be aware!

Was sold vertical blinds that were supposed to keep the heat out and be weighted and so not require chains between them at a high price.

Ozzy did not go through the opacity level of the blinds before I ordered these, it was only by luck that these were okay opacity in the end. I remember panicking after placing the order when I realised he hadn't gone through opacity.

Also, the blinds provided are fraying at the edges and have been even when delivered and new. Nothing has put on each side of each strip to stop the material from fraying.

I paid over 3 times the price of conventional vertical blinds for these for the heat repelling and weighted attributes but in the end the quality was poor with fraying occuring. Also the control was put on the opposite side to what I requested and Ozzy did not change this after I explained, he said I had asked for that position when it would be illogical to want the controls in a hard to reach corner.

He also said that the child safety option was extra, only now do I realise that by law all new blinds fitted must meet child safety requirements.

Finally - the one thing I wanted most- the weights at the bottom of the blinds - weren't actually weights. They were just the normal plastic thing you find at the bottom of any vertical blind. They weren't weighted. So the blinds go everywhere and don't stay in place so the blinds don't offer the privacy I wanted.

I went with this company after reading all the good Google reviews and feel so let down.

Also the blinds aren't keeping my room cool either.

Complete waste of money. I actually feel conned.

I am now having to pay another company to install Duette Luxaflexxe blinds to ensure the heat can be kept out.
