I truly didn’t know what to expect when I began this process to remove the timeshare from my life. The representatives at Lonestar were so helpful. Step by step all of the way through. I have to admit, I did not know how long it would take for me to be rid of the timeshare. I actually got a little scared a few months into it thinking I was scammed and I made a mistake. After making a phone call and talking to my contact, I was reassured the timing was all good for my transaction, and that I was to be patient. Things were working. They were working their expertise to do everything to help me. I started the process with Lonestar in January 2024 and I can say in December 2024 we are free of our timeshare! No more! Ever! Everyone from Lonestar Transfer was super helpful. By phone call or email, there was always a response. We are super appreciative of this service. Believe me, it works! We had good communication throughout the process. Lonestar kept us informed all along the way. It's well worth it to get out of paying the excessive dues for years to come. This will be the first year we don't have pay the HOA dues in January. What a relief! Thank you Lonestar.

Lonestar transfer pulled through and removed me from my timeshare permanently. They kept in contact periodically. And, although it was a long and drawn out process. I knew I was in good hands the whole time.

My process started on February 16, 2024, and ended on August 15, 2024. I personally chose to use Lonestar Transfer, because Bill O' Rielly was endorsing it on his program(a shout out), plus their ratings on BBB. I also liked the fact that there is a money back guarantee if they are unable to get you out of the timeshare in a years time. They were up front with me on the cost, and the extra cost the timeshare would ask for the buy out. My timeshare actually requested more money than Lonestar projected, the overage was covered by Lonestar. I am now free and clear of my timeshare along with maintenance fees.

I worked with LoneStar Transfer and I really enjoyed working with this group. They were up front with me with every step that had to be completed. They informed me as to what work needed completing and when it would be completed. Really a great team and very honest about what they expected from me and what they could do. They were very professional and fantastic to work with to get rid of my timeshare. I really appreciate their honesty!!!

We have been engaged with Lonestar for over 16 months now. I get emails saying we are close to closing. It hasn't happened yet. Lonestar has fulfilled their portion of the agreement in that they did pay our maintenance fee for 2024. They continue to share with me that they are working to fulfill their commitment. We gave them a substantial amount of money but no results yet. If that changes I will update this.

They did exactly what they said they would for the price quoted. Very organized, great communication. Expectations were exceeded. We were able to get out of one of our properties 6 months before the expected date, which meant no fees for the following year!

This company was so easy to work with. They got my mother out of her timeshare in 8 months after quoting 18 months. Lonestar Transfer and their team are true professionals. From start to finish Dennis, April, and Greg have worked tirelessly for a little over 2 years to transfer my timeshare.
Please do not be discouraged with this process. It can be nerve-wracking when you are not sure of how it all works. Getting into a timeshare by a high pressure salesman and not truly understanding how you are signed to it forever is frustrating.
My timeshare was with Calypso Cay Resorts, Orlando, Florida. It is a smaller resort and its processes are different than with the larger resorts. It will take time to get out from under the timeshare.
April, Greg, and Dennis were transparent, informative, and reliable the entire time. Even when I would call or email they were responsive, helpful, and reassuring.

April Sasseen and the team at Lonestar Transfer have performed an outstanding job of ridding us of our time share. April helped us get the required documents together for the exit process.
