Tim was my point of contact go to guy that got everything together for my move. He was very patient with me and explained the whole process in depth. I asked a few of the same questions more than once and he had no problem following up with me and re-explaining it all so I wouldn't have an doubts in my mind. My moving guys, Hector and Dan were very hardworking and wasted no time when they began. When I first called I was getting pricing info which I compared to other surrounding moving groups. I then mentioned to the LDME phone rep that I was considering a few other options. They were competitive about getting my business and we worked out a fair rate. Good job by both their over the phone and in person staff.

They helped move and set up our new office in NYC. Nice group of hardworking people. They moved and assembled desks and tables for us. Tracking the shipment online was nice feature they have. No complaints. Thanks guys.

I'm the type who moves every 2 years or so. I've rented mostly because with work I'm always traveling. With that said I've dealt with a lot of movers. I've run into a lot of ups and downs in moving.

These guys were a definitely some of the best movers I've worked with. What set them apart is their whole staff (movers especially) was very good at problem solving. My move was complex, moving my place and shipping a car. Most places I called could do one or the other.

This company did both. I didn't have a ton of money I could spend either. Together we worked out a price and they offered me a few options. I was thinking because I paid a lower tiered rate that service would be be so-so but man was I surprised.

Service was phenomenal. Movers were outgoing and hardworking.

I saved up for a few months to make this move happen and I wanted to make sure my money wasn't going to be wasted on some mediocre moving service. I had movers in the past run very late and even a moving company break things without covering the damage. I'm much more careful now who I choose to touch my stuff, which is why I saved up extra to work with a good company. I found these guys originally on google with some stellar reviews so I called up and put them through the ringer with a list of questions I had ready for them. Questions like : Do you cover damaged items incase of accident? Are quoted prices ball park or near exact? How long have you guys been in business? I made sure to really feel out the guy on the phone. He was very calm and down to earth the whole time which made me feel good about using them. The phone rep also didn't try and poach me for a sale right away, which they all seem to do. He listened to all my concerns answered questions and set me up with some qualified movers.Got moved with 3 states away with barely any problems at all. Arrival time was a bit late but they called way ahead when they ran into some crazy traffic. Other than that it was great service.
