Want a hassle free way of enjoying your concentrates? Lookah is the way to go. I own a seahorse pro plus. This product makes it really easy to smoke. No guess work since it is electric and gets to optimal temperature every time. Just need to power on, select desired temperature, preheat and let her rip. By far the easiest way to smoke concentrates. I highly recommend any Lookah product.

After an issue with my Lookah Seahorse Pro Plus that caused it to break, I promptly reached out to Lookah and they were more than happy to replace the product and extremely apologetic. It's refreshing to have someone admit their company just had an accident with a product and be more than happy to replace it.

The customer service from them is very responsive. As long as it's been within three months and you have your proof of purchases they will happily replace your product. I have a personal issue where I can't really spend the extra money for a coupon shipping reimbursement and they offered for me to choose a battery as a replacement which I think is amazing. They are replacing my Q7 that the lid broke but I love the product so much.

Customer service is great, I use the mini unicorn and it works so well especially for a quick lil sesh, the coils are easy to change and you definitely know when they need to be changed. All in all a cool machine.
