I LOVE LOOKAH!!! My husband and I have the seahorse and swordfish! Both are amazing and have a warranty with the manufacture for 90 days! I broke my swordfish and they replaced it for free! They communicate so fast and really care about customer satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who thinks that peaks or rigs are scary. A great way to consume and have more control of the consumption!

Lookah has a 3 month warranty if you have the receipt still. I had bought a faulted guitar battery from a vape shop and they immediately responded back to me and is replacing the faulted battery for me!

I recently bought a lookah bear earlier this month and unfortunately I think the circuit went bad! To my surprise I reached out to lookah customer support and they offered to send me a new battery so long as I returned my old one which was amazing as I no longer had my receipt! The battery all in all was my greatest purchase to date I’m super excited and eager for my new lookah battery! Thanks guys!

I bought one of these bear batteries at my local store and it broke within 2 weeks. Was so disappointed and thought it was going to be a hassle to return it especially without having the receipt but no Lookah made it so easy... I followed all the instructions they told me and go my bear back within a week..I couldn't be more happy now. Thanks so much guys for making this experience a great one for me

I have a Lookah Seahorse Pro Plus. I loved it but it stopped working. Lookah was able to give a replacement even though I didn't have a receipt. They were very helpful and I'm looking at getting a Turtle.

I bought a seahorse pro plus from a local shop, and there was a slight defect. The threads to screw in a cartrige had an issue. I reached out to lookah and they arranged to have a new one sent to me to replace the old one. The process was so quick and easy! I have purchased from them before and I will continue to do so. I love their products!

The company makes great quality products. The seahorse line gives great favor and clouds for a great cost, and their costumer service is top notch! Great place to buy from.

I purchased a battery that stopped working properly after about a month. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement if I shipped the other one back!i didn't have the receipt and they were still willing to help!

I have several Lookah devices, most recently a Q7 mini (LOVE IT!). THE COOLEST PART, THOUGH, is that when I contacted customer service about having several missing or broken pieces of glassware they ship them to me free of charge once I prove that I was a legit customer. It was very cool and I appreciate it very much. Solid customer support. And I even accidentally contacted Chinese based Lookah support, and they still helped! That's awesome!

i've purchased 3 lookah seahorse pro's throughout the years, so i decided it was time for the upgrade to the seahorse king since it is supposed to have a longer battery and metal body. i was kinda nervous to get it cause i wasn't sure whether the external battery would bother me when using it, but after the first time using it, it felt fine and comfortable. the only issue i had with is is that the battery wasn't holding compared to my seahorse plus. after emailing the support team they were super willing to help me and send me a replacement. i've always loved lookah products but this was my first time dealing directly with the lookah team and i think it just makes me more of a loyal customer since they have such great customer service. i'm definitely going to have explore some of their other products. i'm excited to try the lookah turtle device too.

I love the dry vape vaporizer ice cream. It makes your flower smoother. It travels nicely. If you have any issues, Lookah is very responsive and stand behind there products. Highly recommended.

I loved this companies products ever since being gifted the Lookah Seahorse! When I was looking to purchase an E-Nail, I turned to the Lookah Q7 Portable E-Nail Dab Kit! Haven’t gone back to Quartz nail and torch since!

I have always loved Lookah products and have never had any issues with them before. I Currently have the Giraffe, and the guitar and both are amazing products. I recently had a problem with the guitar and the company was very helpful and fast with getting me a replacement as it was not an issue caused by me.

Purchased a seahorse 2.0 in may 2025. It decided to quit working just recently. I contacted the company and they promptly responded and even let me know they would replace my device! Didn’t expect this outcome, just maybe some help to fix my device. Great customer service!
