I ordered sunscreen on 8/4 but it arrived on 8/30！
I ordered sunscreen on 8/4, but it arrived on 8/30. I can't trust that seasonal products take so long to ship.
It was late, so I made an inquiry, and the arrival date by reshipment was displayed, but even that date had passed.
In the first place, there is no explanation of the cause of the reshipment.

Really annoying to have to choose the cookie options with each click of the page! What website does that? Surely this is not normal. Also the PayPal payment option simply does not work.
Other than it’s good they have a lot of products available.

It was a so fantastic experience for me to see various cosmetics around the world that I couldn’t find in pharmacy or stores in my country.
But only one point that I felt it was a little bit confusing for me to try so many coupons for discounting because I don’t know what to use them effectively for my shopping reasonably as possible as I would.

My order delivery was delayed!!! New system with carrier not being paid on line did not know of this new system..
Also had to pay duty about ¥3,000 don’t understand why?? You should inform your customers if duty is needed to be paid at order not at delivery ..
Very just dissatisfied! Long time customer of Look fantastic but I don’t think I will order from you again unless I get a positive response from you about this!! Maybe a discount or coupon of some kind for my next order!!!

Misleading Coupons
The site lures you in with coupons that then you cannot use. It’s a common tactic but it leaves you with an unpleasant feeling. It offered a 15% off coupon if you download their app, but then when I try to use it, it says the coupon doesn’t apply to ANY of the items in the cart.
