Not delivered and can't speak to a person to fix the issue
Received notifications that the loops and strap I ordered were delivered but not in my apt mailbox. I still haven't been able to speak to a person but keep getting messages to wait three days because sometimes deliveries are marked delivered early. Ridiculous. I would love to adjust this review if the company makes this right but as of now I do not recommend Loop Ear plugs or loopearplugs.com and buyer beware.

Disappointing
Disappointing. After weeks of tossing around the thought of giving in and buying a very overpriced set of earplugs, I finally gave in and bought the Loop Dream Earplugs. I was impressed with the large variety of tips and was hopeful to finally get a good nights sleep. They're even suppose to work great for side sleepers, who typically don't have a lot of options since most earplugs have annoying stems. The first night I couldn't get the right fit, so I gave up. A few nights later I tried again and thought I might have found the right size tip. I tried to sleep with it, but the silly rounded "stem", for a lack of words I guess, started to push against the ear canal to a point that it was almost too painful to keep in, so I tossed them out again. In short, they just don't work and sure don't live up to the expectations that side sleepers can wear them comfortably. Wasted money.

Very good, im working in 85db+ constant noise enviroment and it does help to reduce the sound.
Only issues is that the levels of sound control by spinning the attachment on the side of the plug does not do anything.

I really love the packaging case
I really love the packaging case, how compact the earplugs are, and the communication through the loop. I wear them quite often in busy settings; they fit right on my key ring, so I never lose them. I got the clear ones, and you can't even tell I have them in! I plan on buying the sleeping ones soon.

I find loop earplugs very useful and…
I find loop earplugs very useful and use my loop earplugs daily. One piece of advice it to attach the case to something or you will loose it. I have icky sounds like chewing and breathing so these help a lot. They also make the world a wee bit quieter in lessons and other experiences. I have the Loop Switch, and Loop Experience and they are both great. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because my Loop Switch case is kind of unstable and doesn't close properly 😅.

A noise-blocking solution for side sleepers
The loop earplugs for side sleepers came up as a sponsored option when I searched for such a product. I read about them and ordered them. They have been comfortable and effective at blocking out most of the noise that previously kept me awake at night. I would say they are well worth the price.

These work well when they fit you and remain in place. Both my wife and I (me with “daytime” plugs and my wife with the sleep variety) have had trouble with consistent fit. My wife usually has trouble with them throughout the night with them coming out or loosening. I have experienced the same with the non-sleep plugs. If they fit you, I’m sure you will be happy. I like how they work in various events where noise management can be elusive. My wife has gone with a different brand for sleep and unfortunately we have to return the sleep plugs.

These plugs simple cannot function. I am a very experienced earphone user, but I cannot even establish a proper fit...regardless of testing all the different sized plugs. I doubt mine will ever see use.

I am.not sure the loops are fitting properly and I find it difficult to match them up. The one loop I fitted didn't make any impact on noise. With the matching ear loop the inner spongey centre unravelled itself and I couldn"t restore it. Would welcome a new set of instructions. I just don"t seem to be getting it. Tried several times.

Sleeping better than I have in ages
I’ve been using the Loop Dream earplugs for a while now and I’m genuinely sleeping better than I have in ages.
I used to wake up constantly, every little noise would set me off, whether it was snoring, appliances, or just general background sounds. Since using these, that’s changed completely. I’m not waking up throughout the night in the same way, and if I do stir, I’m able to roll over and fall back asleep quickly instead of being fully awake.
What I really like is that they don’t block everything. You can still hear enough that you’d notice something important, it’s not like you’re cut off from the world. But they take the edge off noise so your brain just doesn’t react to it in the same way.
Comfort-wise, they did take a bit of getting used to and some trial and error with sizing, but once I got the right fit, they stayed in and felt fine overnight.
Overall, they’ve made a noticeable difference to my sleep quality. If you’re a light sleeper who gets woken up by small noises, these are well worth trying.

I can’t go any lower in stars. But I have now been asked to review Loop on 3 different review sites. I unsubscribed from 1st 2 and contacted customer service after the 3rd one. I was told they would stop.
Just received the survey to “rate my customer service experience”.

I have now updated my review to 1 star based on what has since transpired.
I placed a 2 star review for expensive earplugs that don’t work very well.
I have since received an email from Trust Pilot saying I have to verify my purchase or they will remove my review. For the record, I only reviewed this product/company because Loop sent me an email ASKING for my review with a link to review it in Trust pilot. So the fact that the review says “Unprompted” is false.
