This company is the greatest scam that…

This company is the greatest scam that I have ever encountered. I made the mistake of trusting that the clothing advertised on their website were real. I never knew they were AI pictures. I went ahead and ordered so many clothing from them in the first week of November for Christmas which was superbly messed up for me!!. Order No. LG01281961, order ID -LG 01309235 refers. Some items were delivered from these orders that triggered the alarm bell and I realised that the company has no quality, not transparent, uses AI pictures for advert to woo customers and indeed lacks integrity!

I am currently expecting a refund (as agreed by Loragal on the 30-12-25) of £51 + £46 + £46 + £57.60 (£being 80% refund proposed by Loragal as against my 100% full money paid!). And after 2 weeks I received the following message from Loragal.

'Your refund for the item in order LG01281961 has been submitted. Please note that it may take several days for the funds to appear in your account. For order LG01309235, we are unable to process two refunds at the same time. Please contact us after you have received the first refund for the cancelled items, and we will process the rest refund for you'.

As I write I have not received any refund since 30th Dec, 2025. At this rate it suggests that it will take several months for my refund.
How can a company not have a definitive date and processing time scale for sales and refund, if they are genuine? why do I need to write 6 emails to request for a refund? Why should this company still be existing and defrauding people. Three other friends of mine are in the same position as myself - hurt and disappointed!!
Why would Loragal advertise AI pictures to attract people and then start sourcing for who can sew the clothing? That's pure deceit! The clothing that were delivered to me have since been binned as they are too bad to give to any charity

The things I ordered were too small

The things I ordered were too small. Ran small. I an a perfect (the size I ordered). If I would have read these reviews I would not have ordered anything from them. I am working on returning the items now and they are giving me a hard time. So I came to the reviews to see if this is common with them and it is. I am going to keep my items and just try and sell them online because I would be even more pissed if I return them and they gave me a partial or no refund. DO NOT BY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! VERY CHEAPLY MADE ITEMS!! SPEND the extra money and go to a reputable company that will gladly refund you for your items. THIS IS A DISGRACE!!!

Worst thing I ever did with this…

Worst thing I ever did with this company. Got a dress and it didn’t sit well . I wanted to send it back and get a full refund, they offered a part refund. I accepted it’s been a month since they offered a partial refund and I am yet to get it. They keep making promises of saying their finance team will make the refund but it’s ok been empty promises.

I should have listened to the reviews, but I took a chance—and I regret it.

I ordered two dresses from Loragal and spent over $200. The first dress was so small it looked like it was made for a child, not an adult woman. The sizing was completely inaccurate. The second dress looked nothing like the photos online. The material was cheap, flimsy, and very poor quality.

When I contacted customer service about returning the first dress, they told me to wait until the second arrived so I could return both together. Once I confirmed I wanted to return both, they started making excuses—asking for photos, claiming they needed to “review” the items, and refusing to provide return tracking information.

Both dresses were never worn and barely removed from their packaging. This company is making the return process unnecessarily difficult, and the customer service has been awful.

This feels like a fraudulent business practice. I don’t want replacements or store credit—I just want my money back.

Do not waste your money.

This company is a complete SCAM!

This company is a complete SCAM!! DO NOT order from them. The item is nothing like the pictures and looks cheaply made. Came with a strange smell and no tags were attached. Attempted to return for a refund, but you have to pay the return fees yourself. I never ended up returning the item due to the inconvenience of them not sending a prepaid return label. Out $100 and stuck an outfit that can’t even be worn. I still get their emails even though I unsubscribed from them and that’s what prompted me to write the review because I still see people are getting scammed by them. Hopefully my review can help others to NOT order from them!

Placed my order exactly 1 month ago. I emailed customer service on 12/21 to inquire why the processing and shipping time was taking so long. They quickly emailed back however stated another week. that week has came and gone and still has not been shipped yet. What a joke. I know someone personally who ordered from this website literally a week before me and her item arrived about 3 weeks ago. It’s just disappointing because I ordered a gown for a ball that I will be attending in less than 3 weeks and I thought I was doing something by ordering ahead, but clearly I was wrong.

This one star review is veryyyy generous. They are trash, the Customer service is a SCAM. They LIE about getting you your refund. Offered me future discounts instead of my money...then multiple about how hard they are working to return my money for 4 weeks and haven't done shit. The warehouse to return is in California and the refund should have been easy. They don't adhere to their own return policies, nor do they honor what they say they are going to do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I paid a lot of money nearly £50 to return garments to company and they have failed to contact FedEx to receive item. FedEx tried to deliver for weeks now and they are not accepting the delivery.

I have placed 2 orders however neither order has completely shipped and it has been well over 35 days. The fact that my money has been paid yet my order hasn’t been received is a big problem for me. The process in which the order is placed and paid for needs to be changed. If it is got to take 30+ days to ship then it shouldn’t be advertised on the site. I am getting closer and closer to my event in Jan/Feb 2026 and I ordered 11/19/25. I have already sent 2 emails for status, received same generic response.
