Let down! Shocking business …
We moved into a new property and the boiler started to fail after a month. We checked the details left my the previous owners and contacted the company above who completed the annual service 3 weeks before we moved in.
They didn’t come back for two days when we could have been without heat as I confirmed the boiler kept switching off.
They finally emailed to say they don’t have a contract with us but with the previous owner and they therefore were not responsible for the boiler any longer and that I would need to find another company. They didn’t even quote to come help us, which to me suggests they know they didn’t do the job right previously. Terrible behaviour and non existent customer service or accountability, wouldn’t recommend!
