Great work customizing to my needs
Great system! Normally ordered a stock system and had a salon cut the base and give a haircut. This time, Lordhair cut the base and gave a haircut with images I provided and it turned out just as good! This saved me ~400$ for the salon services so would highly recommend.

LordHair is an exceptional service that I would recommend to anyone. It is easy to find the system that suits you on their website. such as: Hairstyles, colour, measurements ect. The Quality of the hair is second to none I have just ordered another system now after having the 0.6mm for almost 12 months and it's only just shedding now. My custom unit was incorrectly cut
My custom unit was incorrectly cut, I immediately reached out. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I was advised to use the feedback feature of my order. I got a response and more pictures were requested. Specific instructions were to respond with pictures in the same email. I did, and no response. I had to create another feedback. The response I got was that they’ve tried emailing me but it’s blocked. If that’s true then how am I getting all of these other emails from Lordhair? I have yet to hear back about my order. I’m really disappointed. I am out another $130 because I needed to buy a system from a competing brand just to have something to wear.
