Unfortunately, deliveries depend on the third party service provider and we for transparency reasons show (and communicate when not available) their shipping cost to our users directly from their server.
Furthermore, even if it is not sufficient, we indicate on the product pages the information regarding the shipping costs and on particular products we ask our users to provide their delivery address before purchasing so that we can provide them with the exact shipping costs.
Notwithstanding the above, the satisfaction of our users is very important to us and knowing their expectations helps us to improve our services.
